This song is what got me placed into regionals haha I came out 6th place my 7th grade year and I felt proud I put so much emotion into this song and really felt like I could understand every bit and piece of this music and haha i know I sound weird but it’s been 3 years since and to this day I come back and listen to this song and just remember back to when I was in that audition room it’s crazy cause it was my first choir audition 😅 ahhh I just love this song so much and who ever is singing it is lucky cause this piece is truly beautiful💕
Loved this song when I sang it in freshman year. So calm and sad. What I wouldn't give to sing this with my friends again. Edit: Just started my junior year of high school. Reflecting on these days with joy. Edit 2: Came back to this since I missed the old days. I'm now out of school and am actively working. My heart yearns for these simpler times, yet there is nothing I can do to go back.
