Yeah, they should be paid more! Everyone deserves a decent wage bc the minimum wage isn’t enough to sustain in this economy that has inflated everything from groceries to rent.

Good for the kids because they are willing to actually go to the worksite and work, not like most people still use the pandemic excuse to stay in home and “work”.
If someone has to pay for fuel to commute, that makes the pay look less attractive. Look, telecommuting dates back decades, predating Gen X. For certain professions, like those involving IT or language translation, a commuting to a dedicated workplace is superfluous and, frankly, antiquated.
