      worth + doing
      There's no reason. You need to know which verbs and expressions are followed by the gerund and which ones by the infinitive.
      You may want to watch my lesson called 'gerunds & infinitives'.

    EZEE#3 also mentioned a very important point but fortunately I'm already good at it😊 but I've to ask a question that is there any difference in between "cannot" and "can not"? I mean which one is correct to use?

      The correct spelling in 'cannot'.
      You may see 'can not' in the construction 'not only': He can not only .... but also ....

    Sorry, I'm late. I don't know why I missed this 3rd EZEE lesson. I was quite worried, until the contraction "can't" appeared in front of my eyes. Thank you, dear Minoo, for this series.
    P.S. Now I'n going to face to: have to. Tomorrow, I'll study "All te modal verbs".

    May I ask
    If my subject is an action, does it count as third person singular or plural?
    For example:
    Insulting others make you look stupid.
    Vs
    Insulting others makes you look stupid.
    Should I use "make" or "makes".
    Also, I don't know if you already made a video for this , so I gonna ask it here.
    The teacher made me eat my book.
    Or
    The teacher made me ate my book.

    Both already happened in the past, do I use past verb for both of them?

      It isn't. It can be plural or singular, but the verb doesn't show the difference, only the context.

    As for me, Modal verbs are incorrectly called verbs. Look, Rules for verbs are not for modal verbs. By the way, It is a question today what words are to call modal too. there are various ideas about it.

    Excuse me, Minoo, why do you say "use the base form DO with all pronouns". I don't get it, and I would appreciate you would explain this a bit further. Thank you!

      A common mistake is to say: 'He can does' because after he/she/it, we add 's' to the verb. But, after a modal verb, you must never do this. You must keep it to 'do', which is called the 'base verb' or 'infinitive without do'.
