FOREVER Flex-Soft (No-Cut) Transfer Media works with Black & White or CMYK Laser/LED Printers and Copiers.
Almost every user has a normal office printer to use and from now on, you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding.

Now you can produce self-weeding transfers in white, metallic and neon colors, without a special toner and without cutting and weeding. The most annoying step, the weeding of the flex foils, is no longer required with this new and innovative material.
Our well-known 2-Paper-System now with the difference, that the A-Foil coating is colored with the single colors of White, Metallic or Neon, instead of being transparent. This offers the possibility of very fast production in a cost effective way, without investing in an expensive printing system or plotter.
It has all the combined characteristics of the established Flex Foil, with the additional benefit of our (No-Cut) system.
The 2-Paper-System from FOREVER gives amazing and consistent results.
First print on the transparent A-Foil, press it together with the dark opaque B-Paper LowTemp and separate both sheets from each other while hot.
Now, you have white coverage on the image through the B-Paper LowTemp, which not only increases the opacity of the transfer on dark garments but also contributes to its washability. Both steps are done at the same temperature. The application tolerances are extremely high, reducing handling errors and allowing the user high flexibility.
Flex-Soft (No-Cut) A-FOIL
This is the transfer foil on which you print your image. It holds the toner extremely well and does not leave any residues in the copier or any background on the garment.
B-PAPER LowTemp
The white opaque coating on the B-Paper sheet only sticks to the toner on the A-Foil and performs so well that even the finest detailed designs can be handled.

Please explain how in the first demo the pic ended up under the text when it was pressed on top of it.... I love this stuff but this vid appears to be a lie,
The design has been prepared in a way which makes it look like the text is sitting on top of the image of the face. If you look at the image of the face, you can see that the text has been cut out from this image. The reason why we print the text first is because the LDNC transfer paper is sticky and the FSNC foil colour will stick to this layer. The FSNC layer is not sticky and will not pull any other colour, even if your used two FSNC colours to create your design.

I think it's also possible to print using half tone bitmap patterns on the Flex Soft in order to have different tones instead of plain color ?
Dear OFCI, yes you can print half tone bitmap patterns! For printing just make sure that the color of the half tone bitmap is still 400% (C100, M100, Y100, K100)

Hello, that sounds like your transfer were getting to cold!
You have to peel the B-Paper immediately after pressing A+B.
If it's still not working you can increase the temperatur to 160°C

How did the letters appear on top of the image
Hi. You can't really see in the video - but the text has been cut out of the image layer. We created the design in photoshop first. And then we saved the image layer as one file and the text layer as another.
If you have anyother questions, please let us know.
If this works and lasts, it will replace screen printing.
screen printing is cheaper than this for large runs.

I’m confused…which forever transfer paper gets you the photo effect…forever flex soft or the forever….low temp please.? I’m trying to order the right one
The FOREVER Laser-Dark (No-Cut) is the photo effect whereas the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) can be compared to HTV just without the cutting and weeding.
I don't own a printer, Can I bring sheets to a Staples and have them print on my paper? The would allow this

Hi, do you preheat the plate for Flex Soft ?
Yes, we make sure that the lower plate is heated through. Flex-Soft (No-Cut) requires 135°C / 275°F
How did you print the color images?
Hello Ben Manuel, this was printed with two different transfer papers. The metallic colored is called Flex-Soft (No-Cut) which is a no weeding vinyl alternative and the other is called Laser-Dark (No-Cut). www.forever-ots.com

What type of printer is used for this paper?
@Andres Cabańas For the single color you just need a B&W or CMYK Laser Printer
The multi color is printed with an OKI White Toner Printer.

Hi ,
I’ve got a problem with printing on the paper, I print gloss side up, printing on the dull side. However, I’m getting roller lines of on my design. How do I sort this out please. Do I need to change the printing paper settings eg gloss, plain paper. I’m using a epson sublimation printer too.

Wow last one was awsome, hope so it has less limitations and more cost effective.
You can print as many layers as you want. Obviously, you can make this more cost-effective, by printing smaller logos, images or icons on different FSNC sheets and combine them in one tshirt in this way.
The possibilities are limitless.
