Hi Cling Cling, you will need to ensure that you are using a laser/LED toner printer with the FOREVER media (not an inkjet). We recommend the use of an OKI LED printer with the FOREVER media system for the best possible results.
Hi Zaib. You can see the media required and instruction manual on our website here: gjs.co/supplies/p3875/forever-flex-soft-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-paper-a-film
Can you do a multi color print? Could you in theory do color separation and get a full color print? Like you would for screen printing? This may save a lot of time for small numbers of prints... Also, I assume it doesn't work in a regular laser (I have a Brother)? Any info is greatly appreciated.
Hi Leslie, this process works will work with most regular laser printers that have a straight-through path but not with photocopier style laser printers. We recommend laser/LED printers from OKI for the best results: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki You can layer the artwork and use up to 5 colours on one garment but you wouldn’t be able to do separations printing as it would be almost impossible to align that perfectly. Hope this helps!
The longevity of the design will really all depend on your artwork and how you create it. FOREVER advise that you should be able to get between 20-45 washes from the product based on these variables.
Hi Isabella, we recommend the OKI Pro8432 WT printer for use with FOREVER media, we've actually done a video on it here: ua-cam.com/video/wZaJUebxq5A/v-deo.html
Hi Nathalie, indeed, you can use FOREVER Media with most laser/LED toner drum printers. We recommend the use of OKI LED printers: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki
Hi Ruan, Flex-Soft works with most laser printers but we would recommend the use of OKI. All laser printers require the fusing unit to fuse the toner to the media. Hope this helps!
Hi Delva, not quite sure what you mean with your question, but you can use Flex-Soft and the transparent paper (Laser-Dark) on the same shirt but you can’t press Laser-Dark directly over the top.
The colour of the media determines the colour of the final results. e.g. print using the metallic blue media you get a metallic blue result. You always print in black regadless of the colour of the final result. 600dpi will more than suffice, 300dpi would be high enough. Thanks
Hi Richard, it does indeed. It needs to be a laser/LED toner printer. For the best results, we recommend a product from the OKI range: gjs.co/supplies/s75/oki

Hey so I have a cannon printer I believe it say its a injet/selfy ix6800 series, im not really sure but I am wanting know is this printer compatible to print on this paper?
Hi pigpicker, there's several advantages of using FOREVER. The first is that it is self-weeding, if you've ever used heat transfer vinyl you'll understand the time required to weed complex designs. With FOREVER there's no weeding, so you can produce intricate designs without the need to weed the excess. The second is that you can create these designs using your existing laser/LED printer. So if you have one of these, there's no need to invest in additional printing equipment, all you need is the media (and a heat press). Hope this is helpful...
Hi Meena. You can use a mono toner for doing single colour prints. Otherwise you can also use a CMYK printer to print multi coloured designs. The printers use a toner, so it isn't sublimation
The longevity of the design will really all depend on your artwork and how you create it. FOREVER advise that you should be able to get between 20-45 washes from the product based on these variables.
Hi there Alice, Flex-Soft works best for solid-colour designs. For pictures and full colour printing we recommend FOREVER LaserDark: gjs.co/supplies/p4239/forever-laser-dark-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-a-film-and-b-paper-bundle
Hi Sine, no you can print in multiple colours if you layer the FOREVER FlexSoft media during multiple transfers. You can also print full-colour self-weeding transfers with the FOREVER LaserDark media: gjs.co/supplies/p4239/forever-laser-dark-no-cut-laser-heat-transfer-a-film-and-b-paper-bundle

Hi Divyanshu. You can use a mono toner printer for doing single colour prints otherwise you can use a CMYK toner printer for multi coloured prints. The product is manufactured by FOREVER
The FOREVER Flex-Soft B paper is the second step in the process. After the first step of printing your design on the coloured A-film/paper, you press the A and B paper together as shown, then peel the A and B paper apart and you'll see that the opaque adhesive of the B-paper sticks to the A-paper. Then you press the separated A-paper onto your product using a heat press.
