The moment I watch the first video of him, I knew that. What a brilliant person. I was shocked to know that he isn’t here in this world. His wisdom is much needed.
Many don't know that Mike started his BB training career while serving in the USAF and that he also appeared in Nantucket's 'Its a long way to the top' music video @
@@HEAVYDUTYCOLLEGE I bought your co-authored book with Dr. McGuff a few years back and although I'm not a huge proponent of 'super-slow' reps, I have been a student of high intensity training for 30 years and thoroughly enjoyed reading these elements of the book. I do have to say that your 'Nautilus Canada' fat loss study was epic. Would love to come visit the facility maybe next Spring. God bless!
@@nelacostabianco Hi Marco. Thanks for the kind words. I think it is important that each individual come to understand the principles of high intensity training and then make the practical application for him or her self. You may indeed find that certain protocols suit your temperament better, thus allowing you to generate more intensity in your workouts, which will yield better results. Our facility has moved a couple of times since the study was done, and we no longer have the Bod Pod machine. But you are certainly welcome to drop by.
I can honestly say that Mike is one of the wisest people I’ve known in my lifetime

Thanks, Dave. Glad you liked it!
The background music is too loud. please either bring it down couple of notches or get rid of it thanks. I can hardly hear Mike talking.

@@HEAVYDUTYCOLLEGE hey John I didn't realize that you're Canadian and live in Ontario. Very cool.
@@nelacostabianco Hi Marco. Yes, sir. Apart from a nine year. When I worked in the States, I’ve lived in Canada all of my life.
