Guys, let's make it clear. There is a distinctive difference between entertainment and knowledge. Ppl love entertainment because it gives a quick high and doesn't require any action after watching or listening to it. Knowledge, on the other hand, should be implemented and acted upon, and when you do so, you'll experience an even greater high and you'll create a better position for yourself in life. The choice is yours. Get off your ass, do the work, be productive, and watch the results.

They ran out of unaltered real stories pretty early on. Just about everything on the show was a set up to one significant degree or another. Some times people would simply make stuff to get on the show and the Springer show would simply play dumb because it served their purposes to. I thought that was common knowledge.

@Muhammad Ibn Abdullah from a surface level, yes since a lot of girls like abs. But you need to bring more to the table than just that, you need to find good looking, good fitting clothes to compliment your body type. Having a good hairstyle, dressing nice (not necessarily expensive), and having good and clean hygiene are the fastest visual ways. A faster way in my opinion is being funny and outgoing without giving the "friend zone" vibes. Sorry that was kinda long, hope that helps

@Muhammad Ibn Abdullah I recommend doing something that matches ur body type. If ur a regular or skinny guy, lift weights. Cardio and hittin a bag burns tons of fat, but it won’t build much muscle. I wouldn’t base my workouts on cardio unless I was really overweight.

It’s a waste of time. If you’re that important they’ll hit you up through your phone if not then maybe it was never important to begin with since they never had your number 🤔 Stop watching just to consume. Start researching, making a plan, making a schedule, and start executing. Thank God for another day and if you can go to sleep early and rise early in the morning do it! Less distractions because most people are still sleeping, whereas you’re already beginning. Thanks for the content Rich 🙏

Another great clip from EIC! As a Red-pilled older dude, occasionally watching a FnF video helps me to understand and empathize with what younger guys are experiencing today in the SMP. Yes, FnF is entertaining, but they illuminate what young guys are facing in dealing with today's young women. There is value in the various RP content we men are now fortunate to have.

Thank god even though I let myself go for a bit I was always obsessed as hell with being in the gym and getting ripped. Finally after almost a year I’m back in great shape again and I’m never stopping again! 💪😎 muscle memory definitely helped out a lot as well.
The only thing im really lacking atm is the money part now, that’s what I need to learn next. Once I have the money I feel I’ll be at the to of my game once again and then I’ll never go back.
I thank Rich for helping me stay on the right path. Dude says the truth, people just don’t like having to actually bust their ass.

I’ve watched several of your videos, have to confess my viewing stems from curiosity and reflections from days past, I am now married to a great girl in a very functional and mutually rewarding relationship. From a reflection standpoint you address many of the mistakes I made as a younger man and where I agree with many of the points you make, I find there is one area that hasn’t really been explored to its fullest; I should qualify that statement with “from the content that I’ve viewed so far.”
There is a tremendous amount of power in self-reflection and understanding exactly what is needed to make your life rewarding. Too many young men fail to remove the shiny object distractions from their life’s focus and run through their first 40 years not understanding themselves or who best fits into their lives. Too many are focused on career objectives, driving the best cars or marrying the hottest arm candy possible. Where those objectives play an important role in who they can attract, it is even more important to understand who is good for your future from those you are attracting. Discovering who best suites your future can only be achieved when you have a full understanding of yourself. Partnering with the best prospect for your life is difficult enough when you understand who you are but it is impossible if you only focus on simple requirements that too many typically limit themselves to; age, size, job status, number of acceptable children, etc… Failure in knowing yourself also lends itself to ones inability to even recognize important red flags that exist outside ones simple requirements. Yes, I’m speaking from experience…
I find myself in an enviable position these days because I took the time to slow down and evaluate where I wanted to be in the various stages of my future. Once your life is mapped out it becomes easy to make the choices that fit into your long term plans.
It’s also very helpful to reflect on your achievements and take pride in who you are and what you’ve made of yourself through your accomplishments. This doesn’t mean what you’ve collected, has more to do with the confidence you carry with you when you’ve achieved important goals. Self-actualization is a great neighborhood to live in.

30 chin ups strait is a tier past 30 push-ups & running a mile. I've seen most guys can't do 10 cheap pull ups. Alot of fit people start shaking hard after 20 all the way down, all the way up pull ups. 15=basic shit, 30 strait full range of motion=been working at it for a minute. That's the only part that made me raise an eyebrow.

If you've been consistent with diet and exercise for about 90 days, you should be in the ballpark of 10 pullups. Unless you're starting out more than 100 lbs. overweight in which case it's still easy but it may take 6 to 12 months.

I rly have to admit, since Im aware of hypergamie absolutely out of control and no matter what you achieve, it won't be enough, with no "good" feminine women in sight in the feministic west, my internal motivation definetely dropped, especially for sports I do less and less, cause genetic lottery and pharma. As a normal fit guy like 10 Chins 50 Push you are asked buy some young women if you rly do sports, thats the time we live in.
I am 32, do my sports 2-4 times a week, work two jobs and are highly invested, no stupid consume. But my goal is just freedom, work less at a certain point and buying hookers. I think it's sad at some point, but it is what it is.

Most men fail in life because they’re too busy watching UA-cam videos trying to fix their lives instead of getting out there and actually doing it.
Like listening to a divorced man who obviously has a lot of resentment towards women talk about relationships.
