Hey Dawn! Happy Birthday 🎂 Enjoy your Platinum birthday gift! I received all the gift sets this year 😂 The tote bag is the welcome gift for Platinum tier when your status renews, so if it does before they change everything you will get the tote bag set. Gold status is currently at $500 as you stated and Platinum is $900. I was shocked by the increase and I am interested to see what’s coming for them almost doubling the Platinum tier amount. I totally agree with you only buy what you want and not for gifts, let the gifts be an added bonus. I love crafting too, so the office set is nice to have. Enjoy lovely!

I’m not a member of the loyalty program, so no thoughts on the changes really. But it’s very doubtful I would ever hit their platinum level now anyway. I think the gift is lovely. I love their toile patterns and would love a medium Lady Dior bag in one, so the notebook is definitely a favorite 🥰. I hope you’re feeling better soon.💕

It sucks! 😬. I think it’s their way of cutting back. I doubt so many people will be spending $1600 in a year unless they are buying a lot of prestige line fragrances or skincare. I only buy what I’m going to use, I can’t double just for freebies!

As I am happy with the Capture products, I very much doubt that I will qualify for Platinum next year . Hope that you feel better soon , head colds are sure going around in the Southwest .

I think that the increases are crazy. $700 extra for platinum. That’s B.S. to treat your loyal customers that way, I won’t be shopping with Dior anymore. I spent $900 this year and haven’t received any gifts yet. I will only be receiving a platinum birthday gift then I suppose because my status resets in December.
That’s terrible! 🙁. There were several gifts that I never got since they started their loyalty program. You should get what they promised. And good luck trying to contact someone, their phone system and electronic systems are both automated.
Hello! I received the tote as a free gift with purchase- Platinum level-and now waiting for my August birthday which is the notebook and pencils! My points will also start over in November! 😮😢
