I think you have to place the order yourself like any other welcome or birthday gift
So the platinum holiday gift is La Collection Privee discovery set . Don’t get excited. It is a tiny plastic bottle of Gris Dior shower gel ( about 7 ml, same size as the free fragrance sample you get with every order over $100) and super tiny 30 Montaigne candle. Pretty disappointing if you ask me. I just received mine today.
Got mine too and I was so sad to see how tiny it was. What gets me is that they know how many platinum members they have or will approximately have by this time 🙄

No platinum gift and no gold gift for Christmas last year apparently it also depends where your home store is..that's why I switched to other great brands for makeup where gift with purchases do come up and no having to spend £1200 in order to get a token reward..Merry Christmas everyone...thanks Trish 😊

What was last year’s holiday gift?
Prestige serum
The snow globe never showed up in either one of my platinum account. I just redeemed one account and got the shower gel (?) and candle. I am going to hold off redeeming the 2nd account hoping is something else. The snow globe is nice, but the serum last year was a $350 value.
