Ive had golfers elbow come and go over the last two years. Everytime i think its healed, it comes back. Am i too far gone? Or can i be rid of it once and for all with this therapy?
@@Samspinz15 that’s the nature of tendon issues. They hurt, you rest, they don’t hurt anymore. You stop resting, it hurts again. You have to change the nature of the tendon, which this video does.

We have to do this exercises every day or 3 times per week?

I cannot stretch my wrist, it's also injured what can I do to heal the wrist extension?
If it's injured, you need to see a doctor. Rest should help the inflammation go down until you are healthy enough to do some of these movements.

Keep up with the exercises and do light stretching every day and you’ll feel alot better

Yes! Eccentrics are the magic to helping regenerate tendons!
How often should do guasha on it?
Once per week usually suffices. Talk to your doctor though for more clarity!
