We hope you enjoy it! :)
Great video! Can you also please show the other way to make tamagoyaki (sponge cake) in your next video? I think it is called Atsuyaki tamago? I'm having trouble making my own at home...
Thanks for the nice comments!! We'll show the sponge cake ver. in the upcoming videos. :) Anf yes, It is commonly called ”Atsuyaki Tamago”! (Chef Tetsu also serves it as "Gyoku") It is true that there are some points and tips that need to be done, so we'll show them as well! 🙂

@@krisdikeman3879 -san Good Question and answer, thanks!! It is a little tough to make, but the Chef uses Kombu & Katsuobushi's broth. Please refer to these pages. princessbamboo.com/how-to-make-dashi/ You can also buy ready-made products from Amazon or other places. Please have a try! :)
What a disgusting amount of sugar and salt-and this is a Michelin Sushi chef ‽‽‽ I suppose all the sugar helps the tamagoyaki brown nicely, but really.

What type of broth
Dashi, a Japanese soup stock made from water, kombu (dried kelp), and bonito fish flakes.

The egg is not supposed to to have color on it it’s similar to a French omelette.
Thanks for your comment. We'll improve that.
I see it with color all the time in japan, some of the best ones ive had have been this way.
Too much sugar and salt. Also pan was way too hot and not enough oil was used.
Thanks for your feedback. We'll improve that.
Burnt. Nice pan though...
"Some" sugar... Should be about the weight of a small bowling ball.
