    Thanks again for checking out our videos!
    Sushi is a culture for preparing fish and eating it with rice in a tasty way, but there are some exceptions like Tamagoyaki/ Rolled Omelette. 🍣 Michelin Chef presents Tamagoyaki, which has been eaten as one of the Sushi for hundreds of years in Japan.
    We hope you enjoy it! :)

    Great video! Can you also please show the other way to make tamagoyaki (sponge cake) in your next video? I think it is called Atsuyaki tamago? I'm having trouble making my own at home...

      Anf yes, It is commonly called ”Atsuyaki Tamago”! (Chef Tetsu also serves it as "Gyoku")
      It is true that there are some points and tips that need to be done, so we'll show them as well! 🙂

    Well yeah... a whole bowl was added XDD
    I've a japanese pan since 2 weeks now and made 12x japanese style omelette.

    What type of broth

    • @krisdikeman3879
      @krisdikeman3879 2 роки тому +3

      Dashi, a Japanese soup stock made from water, kombu (dried kelp), and bonito fish flakes.

      Good Question and answer, thanks!!
      It is a little tough to make, but the Chef uses Kombu & Katsuobushi's broth.

    The egg is not supposed to to have color on it it’s similar to a French omelette.

    Too much sugar and salt. Also pan was way too hot and not enough oil was used.

    "Some" sugar... Should be about the weight of a small bowling ball.

    What a disgusting amount of sugar and salt-and this is a Michelin Sushi chef ‽‽‽ I suppose all the sugar helps the tamagoyaki brown nicely, but really.
