- As you get older, you could lose a LOT of mobility in your hips - which can lead to some significant issues, especially in your back. But you can prevent that from happening!!!!
I love this move because it’s EASY to do, plus it gives you another great opportunity to work on your balance - win-win! 🙌
✅ Use a chair at first for added stability, then practice without the chair to work on your balance
✅ Keep your pelvis as stable as possible while you move your leg
✅ Think about using the muscles of your hip to “scrape” the edges of your hip socket
✅ Go forward and backwards, take it slow and steady
I recommend doing 3-4 reps per direction on each leg.
