Try Cornmeal instead of flour on the pizza peel
I came here to write this exact thing.

Looks so fun!!! Thank you guys for sharing very helpful ❤️
Thanks so much!❤️ thanks for watching❤️
Thanks for the build and we are going to try this as Pizza is my son's favorite thing and it will teach him how easy it is to do it yourself for next to nothing. Great job!
Love it! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for this video. I need to build one of those.
Subscribed.
Thank you!😀
Perfect! Thanks🙏
You’re welcome! Thank you!
Great video guys! I’m totally going to do this! Thanks!
Thank you!! We love to hear that! You’re very welcome!
We are going to build one here in Finland 🤗🤪🇫🇮 hope we manage to make it work.
Thanks for the inspiration and cool video😎
That’s awesome! We have Finland on our bucket list! You’re very welcome and hope it works great for you!❤️
Liked and subscribed. Awesome video
Thanks so much!
Great vid, Vaseline and a cotton ball is cheaper route, basically makes a candle
I really like this pizza oven, l am going to try this!! Philip Barca
After 20 pizzas you’ll be visiting the local chiropractor 😂
😂 have to get a good stretch in before
This is on my to do list. Gotta finish the outhouse on skids first! I'm going to build up a base with concrete block, for a better working height!
Otherwise will build it just like yours! Good video!
Awesome! Great to hear! Thanks for watching!❤️
Cool vid, just trying ours out for 1st time over in the UK 🙂👍
Thanks! Love it!🙂
It worked brilliantly, allowed fire to burn for 40mins as I believe you suggested. Cooked pizza for 10mins, not going to bother with the heat gun now! Thanks for your tips. I am spreading the word here in UK and NZ too💚👌
That’s awesome! Love to hear that! Thank you for watching! We were in Scotland not too long ago and NZ is on our bucket list! Cheers!
Great idea I'm just going to buy those pavers and bricks and build a dome. Ill put the fire in the back of the dome the pizza in the front.
KOOL!!! you might try Course Cornmeal on the prep board and on the peal...
Awesome! Will give it a go.
It's almost pizza. nice vid, good effort. Better than the frozen C@#p. Good 4 u two. uncle mike
Thanks Uncle Mike!
Any way to get this oven upto 750 degrees Fahrenheit (400 degree Celsius)
Love the simplistic design, do you know if the concrete slabs are safe for cooking on, ie do they contain Toxins like lead ect... thanks
Thank you! The research I’ve done I haven’t found anything harmful but I’m no expert.
what is the material of the slab used in the pizza oven?
It’s a cement paver.
try corn meal on the peal. Doesn't burn as easy and gives a nice crunch to the crust
Awesome thanks!
Or use Semola, semoule or semolina that's what we use here in France and Italy. Enjoyed your video!!
Have you tried cooking two at once? Did it affect anything?
No we haven’t due to lack of room on the stone,.
Does the top paver get hot enough to cook on as well? 🙂
Yes absolutely, we will throw the cast iron skillet on it and cook in it.
Another similar build said yes. They use the top for pans and as a warmer!
Have you been able it to a hotter tempeture? Say 700? Also have you tried building the fire in the same stone you cook the pizza?
We’ve gotten it around 650 to 700. No we haven’t, there really isn’t enough room to build it there.
Wood is important - you want a good fruit wood like apple, plum, cherry. It will taste better than pine or whatever.
Will give it a try! Thanks!
check out vincenzo's plate, he has so good info on making pizza
Awesome thanks!
try a round pizza now
Ok. You too. Let’s see it.
Made in China pizza cutter?
You dunno how to start a fire!
OK!
