Thanks for sharing. This was so engaging and well paced! I started tearing up a little because as I was out of breath sitting on my knees your comment came up as to not judge yourself if you cannot keep up yet. And that this is my practice in the comfort of my own room. Thank you for the reminder!
Thank you so much for this video! I love this short version of the practice for days when there is just not enough time or energy! Making the practice accessible and possible ❤
I have been following your other beginner one and now I have done this, it really helped me understand more. At first I found it slow but quickly realized it was helping me understand more.
@@AshtangaNurse what would you suggest to move to after I am very comfortable with this beginner one. I am also working on some of your suggestions for tight hips. and the squat also.
Maybe try the half primary video? It all depends on what you are looking for? If you want more poses then 1/2 primary is great. If you want to slow down then maybe try doing the practice on your own without a video to see how your memory can improve? There are many options
Thank you for this practice ~ namaste.

Just discovered your videos, great yoga classes

This was perfect for a morning practice. I'm not a complete beginner, but the pace and in-depth cues were great. Thank you.
Awesome! I was going for more detail and I’m glad that it works for you!

💯 agree. As a dad sometimes this 20 minute practice is all the alone time I get and it’s perfect to quiet down and work on myself. Stay strong 💪
Thank you very much for making this. I'll stick with this practice for a while. 🙏
Awesome!

I love! That’s why I went a little more in depth with the cues on this one.
