- In this video I will be Installing a Carbon Fiber steering wheel on my Mazda 3! Instillation wasn't too difficult, you can do this yourself with a few tools. Of course I have the product listed below for you guys to check it out for yourself. Tip for when removing air bag, keep it outside the vehicle with emblem side facing up. Just in case it goes off, it's not a projectile . Great video

I’ve been watching for a year now , I’ve put at least 3k into the car, still got more to do, I have the Mazda cx30 turbo pp, still got a lot to do, my steering wheel comes this month , and I’m excited, running jb4, custom map 6 , 26.5 psi at 3700 rpm’s, and burger motor sport air intake
This looks amazing. How confident are you in their color matching? I would really like to purchase from them, but I have the burgundy red interior and I think it would look amazing if I could have the exact same color for the leather grip.
If anyone else knows where I could find that info, I'd love the help. But searching everywhere and I only get a generic "red" or "burgundy."

The ambient lighting?! I like it, it’s something I’ll do eventually. Adds a nice touch to the dark interior. I will say though I heard it was a lot of work!

Im torn about the heating function, i hate to have to spend another 100 for it but im in illinois so that shit is nice in the winter. I dont know if I want to keep the grip black, or go red to match the shift knob i got from autoexe. I lowkey want to go with the white too thought after seeing it in your car. Any thoughts to help sway me? T_T

hey man. I just got my steering wheel. For some reason, I’m unable to get the 3rd pin on the bottom, like I feel like I’ve pressed every where but it isn’t coming undone so I can remove the airbag. Even when I use a flash light I feel like i don’t even see one. Do you know what angle I should push up? Anything would be helpful . Thanks
You’re going through the same problem I did, that 3rd pin I just couldn’t get it. Took me a good 20 mins to figure it out. Like you I tried all angles but eventually I just got lucky and it popped. All I can say is keep trying eventually it’ll pop. Hope this helps

If you have a heated steering wheel and want to keep the heated function it is a little bit more annoying

The one item inside the interior that's hideous is looking cheap plastic infotainment screen. It can't be removed or modded either. In a world of slim new iPhones, this infotainment looks like it's from circa 2000 Radio Shack. If there were a way to tear out the infotainment screen and simply hook up your iPhone into an in-dash USB-C port, that would be slick, minimal, and ideal solution, nor would it be a distraction from keeping your eyes on the road.

@@StradysWorldI do. I’ve had cars with all white interior. I’m a clean freak with myself and moreover with my cars. By year three it was painfully obvious that the white wasn’t the original color. All I had to do was look at the back of the wheel where I rarely touched.
