Are you getting the year wrong?
This scooter is a 1987 model with the Japanese name "PAL".
In 1970 there is no helmet in yet.

the muffler should have been replaced, the plastic underfoot should not be painted, the crankshaft should not be hit, the cylinder should not be assembled with sealant, and many, many mistakes, I regret wasting my time
