good thing hes talking about magnesium....hes 100% correct. I use a lot of magnesium oil spray. Its the best way to get mag... rubbing it on skin (prefer oil skin as it tends to dry skin a lil) bypassing our bad gut health....its like 80% absorbable! pills are less than half that

hi Michael, are you familiar with Liposomal vitamines and in specific melatonin ? Im personally finding that liposomal melatonin is, as of now, the best way to chelate heavy metals from the brain since it crosses the BBBarrier similar, but better, to ALA acid.
You can actually make your own liposomal vitamines using coconut oil. This would be a real cool video/series to make ;)

@@DrMichaelVan one last question is that currently I want to supplement with zinc.
So there are 3 options for me now,
1.Zinc glycinate or 2.zinc methionine with copper (9:1ratio) or 3. zinc citrate.
Which one of those do you prefer?
I have searched lot of videos on zinc supplementation but neither one of the videos mentioned these forms.
Also is it safe to supplement with zinc during these times of pandemic?
