How's your journey Going?
Ive watched this one so many times. Each word is gold Michael. It came to me so loud and clear earlier that yes, i meditate, and it feels transformative in the moment, but then i step into life and run the same old programs. Meditation helps me to "clear the decks", but i wasnt replacing those spaces with new thoughts, actions, feelings. So, like a vacuum, the old stuff just waltzed right back in. So its up down up down up down over and again. I wrote down in my journal specific items to replace each triggering feeling and thought, one by one. Nobody else can do "my part". This is a gift and a blessing. 🏵️💖 Much love
I am a big fan of Joseph Murphy and Ernest Holmes and I feel Dr Joe is right up there. 🤩
I have listened to so many different influential wellness thought leaders all their messages are the same. Observation is everything and one of the best techniques I learned was Vipasana meditation, if you have the time to take a 10 day course, do yourself a favor and take one.
Discovering Joe Dispenza set me on a whole new path too. I am on the journey a little over a year, but just very recently coming to all this you speak of here. Absolutely spot on. I love how the teachers we need arrive in succession, adding on and combining in all the ways we need. Im so grateful 💚🌱💚

Yes. I am having this issue. I just realized that meditating for 15 minutes or in a minor way will be super slow. I decided to spend a weekend meditating or trying to stop that rant or negative place I go to. I succeeded for 48 hours and the moment I walked out of the house, I flopped. Seriously the universe actually produced a situation that put me back to the old me. I went from whistling to pissed in a second! I was in that for hours before I regained myself and stillness. So I see this.

i appreciate this question. i was just thinking this today at work -- when it is super slow, and i get bored and tired, i just sort of zone out (feel sort of "dead" when i leave work) and staying present and aware when i feel like that is so difficult for me. a little different than your question but similar.

How did you not react to the 3D in terms of your hair journey? because it’s literally so in your face and you see it everyday in the mirror
I kept letting go of the reactions when they happened long enough until they stopped
@@rebornwithmichael i appreciate this comment. i am working to overcome a health challenge my body is having and my distraction is literally in my face constantly. it feels almost impossible to not think about it. so i will try the just "noticing" technique no matter what is happening (pain etc) and see what results it yields. just being an observer of what my body is doing but try not to judge it (or et into a mind loop about possible fearful outcomes-which i really struggle with. i catch myself doing it but it seems so real and difficult to change).

Sorry but do people not realize that Joe has basically imitated Nevilles teachings. People praise Joe cause they dont know about Neville. Neville talks about reactions and healing all the time. I never needed Joe cause he is just a copycat. I have read so many books from several spiritual teachers and i have to say they never explain it as deeply as Neville.
I've made this comparison before. But to be honest all spiritual teachers are saying the same thing in a different way so just pick who you resonate with the most

Uhhh…. Yes to a degree, however he is doing the science work to get through to the doctors and medical community that this works so they will stop practicing failure medicine …
