How to fix a Bobs Machine JackPlate that is slow going up and down.

In this video I demonstrate how to adjust the PSI of the hydraulic pump in order to either increase the speed or get the jackplate to rise a bit faster in order to accommodate your speed preference. This jackplate had all other working components but this could be a fix for someone who is having a similar issue this one was having due to a factory mistake that didn’t allow enough pressure to go through the hydraulic lines in order to lift up the jackplate in a timely manner. So to get the least amount of PSI with this pump, you would back them both out counterclockwise, correct?
