Good to see you fishing again, looks like you found my spot😅 over all that place is filled with trouts flounders and reds 👌 hope I can fish with you one day
If you are shore fishing I would recommend surf fishing and fishing the fort clinch jetties. If you have a boat or a yak then just start power fishing every dock, oyster bar, or creek mouth you can find until you find fish. Either way live shrimp on a cork or jig head is the easiest way. If you comfortable with lures then use whatever you have confidence in. Biggest tip I can tell you is to not fish to long in one spot if you are not getting bites. If your in the right spot it won't take long. Maybe 3-5 cast per spot that looks good then move on.

I threw most of em back for you 😆 it's a good spot!
lol thanks! Flounders are biting in the area too, caught a big one on the creek mouth behind you
Good to see you back again. I always check.
P. S. This is Frankie’s FIL.
Thank you
Where did you launch from? I'm new to kayaking.....
There are a lot of great launches on Amelia Island and half the fun is exploring.
@@anglerfg I tried Google Earth but I don't know the area well enough.... could you PM me a clue?🙏
I would start with the boat ramps
Just moved from Jacksonville up to Amelia Island and looking to get into the fishing. Any tips?

What time of the day and year was this? Egan's Creek?
It was winter. Time of day doesn't matter as much as tide (it was mid outgoing).
