The randomness of the line "Did anyone catch the game last night" is so creepy and disturbing because it's the kind of sentence you would hear in a fever dream or in the middle of the night
Real shit. The robotic, emotionless tone of voice and the nonsense of a sentence like that coming out of the PA system is straight out of a fever dream. Its a different kind of horror thats hard to really explain.
i know this is 8 months old but it really shows that bruce is scared, it shows that he is vulnerable, he is actually scared, he’s scared of becoming what he tries to stop, his voice gave me chills of him just saying “cut me free”, he never wants something like that to happen, it is truly fear for wayne
@bruhmanofyear2 but it’s really vaguely mentioned in Arkham knight that batman is afraid to be a monster the closest that was mentioned to that was batman fears to not become joker.
@bruhmanofyear2 everyone thinks joker IS a monster on everyone’s eyes but your right that he does not want to be a monster in Arkham knight I was just specifically commenting that he does not want to become the joker.
I don't know why they put that in there. I replayed the game multiple times, and every time I come to this scene, I can't avoid getting shot. They should of left that out, and save a lot of gamers the feeling of, "Why can't I get this to work?"
I love that, if you're an observer, you can see the fear gas coming out of the vents before entering the hallway, just like you can see it in the library in the mansion
I tried using the line launcher to get through the long hallway the first time cause I thought long empty hallways will definitely have something scary in it. Then I thought my game crashed

I prefer scarecrow from Asylum more than scarecrow from Arkham Knight. I think it is the best version of scarecrow. Terrifying, intimidating and that crazy laugh.
I prefer Knight Scarecrow. I like seeing him as a psychotic doctor looking to prove his philosophy, that fear is our only motivator in life, rather than just going crazy and being like all the other Scarecrow incarnations
@@andytrevino4077 i think an evolution of his costume starting from being a twisted doctor with a simple mask then fully getting lost in the persona of the scarecrow and getting crazed is what i like

If you try to skip the cutscene where joker is driving Batman to the asylum, it will have a J icon next to the skip text (I think it’s on console only) instead of the B or Circle icon.

what it refers to is the "game" (the final face off between titan joker and batman) this is meant to be from the perspective of a day later when the P.A talks about the events at the asylum.
I love the fact that there are people who never played again after this scene so there are universes where scare crow technically won and this was how the Batman died
Batman's greatest fear is going mad, becoming like the Joker, being treated like the criminal and insane he defends the innocent from, and unleashing limitless havoc upon all.
