It's mad to see the negative comments complaining about the content. The guys out here giving us an amazing insight into what goes into setting up on his own, all the networking and sponsorship opportunities he's getting and potential pit falls of running a new small business. If it wasn't for Baz & Co doing this, there'd probably be people whinging about them doing the same jobs over and over at Fox's yard, or moaning that they couldn't show anything at Jacksons quarry etc. Look at the bigger picture, this is the groundwork necessary to build something bigger. Imagine where this is going to lead in 6/12/18 months time, and the content that's to come in future. Stop focusing on what you think is missing, show some support, and buy into the journey with these lads.
Director here... Thankyou for pointing this out and those neg comments don't bother us at all. The the fact is we are just starting up a new business we want to show from 0 to wherever we get to in 6/12/18 months step by step. We can now show the full spectrum of welding & fabrication jobs (plant to structural) , start to finish. Also Baz explains it his way, many ppl do it different. Saying that a lot of ppl that watch are not in the game so I think its needed for him say to explain how things are done in detail.
I don't have the skills or the drive to do what you lot are doing, and all I know about welding and fabbing is what I've picked up from watching too much UA-cam. I love to see the human side of things, the stories, the interactions and the progression that happens over time. Thank you for what you have done so far and continue to do lads, can't wait to see where you end up together 👍👍

Give the man a chance , he's only just started a new business ,its nice that he's willing to share his plans with others and explaining how he's laying out the ramp on the floor. Anyone could show a pile of material on the floor and then cut to a fully tacked up product ready for final weld , at least Baz is showing us how he got there
If you’re in the game you know that listening to Baz experience is more valuable than footage of the work itself. Very open with his business and shares knowledge which is rare these days
Give Baz a break you can see how much he wants this to work (it will in a big way)and how proud of Cal he is of him, keep it up guys ❤ p.s don’t forget the director 👍
Thanks for taking the time to make the videos Baz. It’s so hard to keep filming things when you just want to crack on with the task at hand. Keep it up. Dave.
Baz and Cal, you have done it again, Nice to see the old school way of doing things, I wouldn't like to think how many hours I have spent on my knees drawing out the job plans. You don't see this anymore, handed down from teacher to student, keep up the good work lads and the director is on the ball to,well done. Best regards John

Hi Baz I’m working my way through all your videos and I love them , such a detailed description of how things are done. I’m a plant operator of a young 49 years of age but have already learned so much from you 👍 Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming, so much better than normal TV 👍
Great video again Baz and cal 👌 love the old school line layout on the floor, always helps spotting potential issues when you’ve got a full size reference to work from 👌 your videos are very inspiring not only to me but I can imagine to the younger generation that have an interest in the industry keep smashing it out guys 💪
As always, great chapter! Saw your Instagram post today, the new place is a great upgrade for you and your brothers! It's amazing what you do, and on top of it also film it for us, just mind blowing. Baz and Cal, keep up the good work and hopefully also the chapters! loving it! Greets from Maastricht, Netherlands.

Well BAZ old school marking out cuts the real men from the boys that's were the experience comes in to play done it this way form last 30 years anything from sheds trailers to railings and gates some people have no clue how to mark things out on the floor anyway good stuff BAZ love to be there helping out 👌👌👍

Good morning Mr welderfabber. Things are looking good and you have got your new toy very nice. Love to see the millers ramp once completed nice one Baz you doing good. Stay safe and well, wish you the best.
Baz a tip for you with trailers. When u put the trailer on to the vehicle winde the jockey wheel down you can do with one hand while recording. If the rear of vehicle lifts the trailer isn’t going no where. Saves your back
You seem more excited about them chairs than you are the welder! Hahaha, Good man. Loving the content. Keep it as you are and change nothing about how you go about it!

I wondered why there was slow progress in the new shop. When you look at the size and what you guys need to get around for moving buckets etc and your bro business I would think at lease twice the size of the unit is required. Keep up the good work and do not let the scumbags drag you down with their comments. They are all on the rock and roll and never grafted in their lives. I worked from the age of 12, doing the ends of someone else's paper round, for 2.5p in today's money. When I gave it up they had to split it into 2 rounds, because the other kids could not carry all the papers I had built mine up to. At the same time I also worked in the school for the county council as a lab assistant setting out experiments. From the age of 15, I gave up the paper round and kept the lab job and worked at John Lewis on Saturdays. That was a nice ££££ until I started working.
