Loved this! I want to say that vulnerability gets easier and easier the more u practice it. I love showing my vulnerability... it is such a powerful and free way to live. I now see it as a huge asset that opens up deeper connections with people, acts as teaching when people see that I can be vulnerable yet confident and strong at the same time. Plus I must admit, I get a little charge when I can see that my vulnerability challenges people.... I now think of it as a badass way to be :) lol

It's ok to feel vulnerable, it's ok to be sad, give yourself permission to feel this way and accept and embrace these feelings, take time for yourself to heal ♡ self- care and self- love ♡
    Sending good vibes

Hi Zoey!! I used to have a lot of trouble opening up and sharing with other people. Even really close friends that I really loved and admired. For me, there was always this thought that they wouldn't be able to understand and really I just didn't want to bother anyone or think about it. But you are absolutely right, we need to share and just be who we are and I think in turn we not only heal but give others a chance to heal. Thank you for another wonderful video :) Hope your moving preparations are going well! :) Have a wonderful day! Love you!! Cheers!!

Thanks for sharing, loved watching this! I have found meditation really beneficial for noticing the positive/negative thoughts I have and being kinder to myself in how I react to them.

EXACTLY the message I needed to hear today - I was thinking that all through the video, before you even said that part! I think you may have prevented me from having a vulnerability hangover tomorrow - but, if it happens, I will be sure to go back and re-watch this video :) Zoey, you are incredibly intuitive, and wise beyond your years. Thank you for your timeless wisdom which - as you share from your heart and soul - is always right on time :)

99 percent of people have no idea who they really are, how would you suggest people identify and express the real you?

to what shade did your eye color change to? I feel like they became a deeper blue, but not sure if it's cuz of camera quality?

@@ZoeyArielle Yep I totally see that! Amazing what transformation can do! Truly, anything is possible - even the body can change with a mental shift - I will keep that lesson in my mind and heart on my own journey

Great advice but I wish people would stop incorrectly using "my truths"when you should be saying my experiences. There's only one truth in life, one correct thing that happens, and many perceptions of it.
