This meditation felt like opening a door in my busy mind to a quiet and calm room. 🫠
After closing the door everything shut off...😌 my worries, my overthinking, the intrusive thoughts...all quiet and only the dreamy background music 🎶 and your soothing voice. 🤗
My body let all tension go 💆🏽♀️ and my pain eased to a level of relief that I barely noticed it. 🧘🏽♀️
