I'm an Italian American and plan on moving to Italy within the next year. I'm moving to Assisi where my family originated from. The lifestyle and culture there is much better than in the U.S.
So happy that you guys accomplished your dream. I grew up in the states- the mainland USA and retired and moved to Puerto Rico. I bought a house in the country with some land and I live 11 minutes from my mother's 7 acre property. We love eating from the land. There's no greater satisfaction than for example needing some herbs and just going to the back and getting some and then running back to your sink washing them and throwing them into your dish. There's just something beautiful about living that way. I'm very grateful to God.
Would love to come for a visit soon! I am a Brooklyn born and raised second generation Italian (Grandpa from Rome Grandmother from Naples and a step-grandfather from Trieste) Love what you have created. Have a great season!
at times we have problems with the porcupines but we are lucky and the deer and boar have plenty to eat in the fields and have stayed out of the garden for the most part
Do you need a helper? I want to live and work in the "heaven" but I Vietnamese girl! Hic hic. Anyway hope you can think about a helper from Vietnam!❤️🍀
This never gets old! My inspiration! I cannot wait to stop by again.

This is my dream! Moving to the countryside, rustic stone home, amazing fresh food from the land. La dolce vita!

How on earth or under can you look into the camera and say that your life is simpler in Italy? I do not believe you. You have no cred.
