Things you forgot to say and in my opinion - if you only had a couple hours to test it, then you wouldn't have had a chance to know or research it anyway, but you forgot to say that if you do carry the old LP-E6 versus the newest LP-E6NH... its not only longer battery life but the burst rate reduces. So if you have the newest battery LP-E6NH you can shoot 12 frames per second in photo mode burst rate, whereas if you go back to the oldest version you can only shoot at 8 frames per second. I think you can still shoot at 10 to 12 frames per second with LP-E6N (that came out somewhere in the middle of the oldest and newest battery) - your mileage may vary.
The other thing is that 4K (standard) and 1080p up to 120p - work just fine.... no overheating... if you can't deliver video in professional settings in those modes.... don't call yourself a professional period. Yes, 8K and 4K at 120p.... does overheat.... in fact, 4K HQ also overheats... but if you use it sparingly and you'll be fine. There are work arounds... like getting an Atomos Ninja V/V+... but if you can afford this camera + a ninja V + other video related stuff and want to use this camera solely for video and only 8K.... may be a red camera would be a better suit for you.
