Thank you for your view and comment. It was truly a remarkable experience to see the Fuente Factory and to have Carlito tell us the storied legacy of his family and what will undeniably continue for many generations to come. Happy Holidays!
Thank you Randall! I feel very fortunate to have been able to see it in person, so I’m glad you enjoyed the video and took the time to watch. Stay well friend.
Excellent tour. Very impressed with the Arturo Fuente factory. Modern and up to date. I've been a casual cigar smoker for some time now, but it's starting to become an obsession with me. I want to collect all of the Arturo Fuente cigar boxes and someday buy the holy grail of cigars, the Opus X line, If I can find it at a reasonable price that doesn't try to gouge me.
I stayed away from Fuente cigars for a long time because I thought they were overhyped. I was wrong. I love the flavor profile, consistency, and the family story. Best of luck collecting their portfolio of cigars. There’s an amazing story behind every cigar they make. Thanks for watching!
the boxes are a work of art . the old paintings inside the boxes are classic art like the old paintings on orange crates . i would love to see a start to finish on the boxes as well as history . otherwise perfect video
Working in that wood shop must be aggravating on the brain. I’ve worked in a Casino and when I’d get home, I’d hearing the slots dinging in my head for hours
I wouldn’t be surprised if they rotate them to other departments to avoid burn out doing the same processes day in, day out, but I totally understand what you mean about the repetitive sounds.
The rolling and smoking looks like he truly enjoys it man. Cool atmosphere. It’s obvious the better jobs are rolling. More relaxed and quiet and you can smoke, that’s what’s up
The factory is only open to tours during the ProCigar Festival every year. Google ProCigar and you should be able to find information about the 2025 festival. Best of luck my friend.
Unfortunately, no. The area where the factory is located is in free trade zone meaning all products must be exported. However if you are able to tour the Hemingway House and Chateau de la Fuente, they do have a gift shop with a limited selection. The best place to buy Fuente is at their lounge in Santo Domingo. Check my videos as I toured both. Best of luck and thank you for watching.
You can only visit once a year when the factories open their doors to the general public during the ProCigar Festival. Good luck and thanks for watching!
How do we reserve a tour? I’ve been searching high and low on how to set up one. I’m trying to go to the DR for vacation and want to surprise my husband with a tour
Wow - what a gift to your husband. The factory is closed to the general public. The only way to get in for a tour is during the ProCigar festival which is every year in February. Best of luck!
Hi AJ, According to the copyright notice I got from UA-cam, it’s “Timoteo by Los Ahijados”. I hope it’s correct - thanks for watching and for your support.
Correct, the factory is closed to the general public. They only offer tours once a year during the ProCigar festival. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching.
YA know ..everyone NEEDS a SUPERHERO story !! Most if NOT ALL are shrouded in mystery lmao !! NOOOOO >>>It was luck , timing and great marketing ...simple ! NOT GREAT just american and the world is wiser ..i hope . !
Hmmm… I feel like the PERFECT cigar, the undisputed and unrivalled father of all cigars would be Cuban tobacco grown in Cuban conditions and in Cuban soil, with Cuban blends, made with the Cuban passion for cigars, with the quality control, care and attention to detail and perfection of the Dominicans and the New World. Idk, I just feel there is something about Cuban tobacco and a fine cigar like a Partagas Serie D no. 4 or a Montecristo Edmundo, and the Cohiba’s made with the medio tiempo like the Behike line, no other cigar on the planet compares to it. Sure, a box of 25 Cubans usually do contain 2 or 3 poorly constructed pieces and that’s a real annoyance but the tobacco itself? Nothing compares. That’s just my opinion and I’m sure people will disagree with that, and that’s perfectly okay.
I am truly inspired by the number of jobs created by this company; it warms my heart. This is fantastic!

Great vid! You have a link to sign up for a tour?
Google “Procigar Festival” and that’s the only time of the year you can visit the factory. A must do in your lifetime. Thanks for watching!
Place looks like a vibe to work at !
Working in that wood shop must be aggravating on the brain. I’ve worked in a Casino and when I’d get home, I’d hearing the slots dinging in my head for hours

Carlito taking time out of his day to go on a daily tour just shows how humble the dude is

Cool atmosphere.
It’s obvious the better jobs are rolling.

Brilliant upload. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I never knew cigars could be completely black. What cigars would they be?
Thank you for watching!
Hey, I really enjoyed the video! I'm thinking of doing a tour myself. Do you know how I can get in touch with them?
The factory is only open to tours during the ProCigar Festival every year. Google ProCigar and you should be able to find information about the 2025 festival. Best of luck my friend.
Were you allowed to buy cigars at the end?
Unfortunately, no. The area where the factory is located is in free trade zone meaning all products must be exported. How do you get to see this factory? Is there a place you can sign up?

@@CigarUnboxing thanks a lot great video
Ayy that's Eric JC Newman at 38:52 in the red shirt casually appears :D
How did you sign up for the tour?
Google “ProCigar Dominican Republic”.
I thought Arturo Fuente doesn't offer public tours since they are located in the free trade zone.
Correct, the factory is closed to the general public. They only offer tours once a year during the ProCigar festival. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching.
Just Saturday
whats the cost for a tour?
I believe it was $300 USD for day tours or $2500USD for the week-long festival but it must be purchased through ProCigar.
What is the fuente in the maroon black and gold coffins with 69 written on them?
I’ll have to go back and take a look; I’ll let you know if I’m able to identify them. Thanks for watching.
Every time I hear Chan Chan 🥰
This would be a bucket list activity I know will never happen-but a man can dream can’t he? 😴
One day brother, put it on your list and it will happen. Thanks for watching and for the support!
