Thanks for Watching! Get Your Hands on Thomas & Friends merchandise at: kaikkistore.com/ (There was conflicting information regarding whether or not Julia Lang narrated the 1953 Pilot, however after a bit more searching it seems Noelle Middleton)
We are expecting The Down The Mine Pilot to be released in restored quality in 2025 to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the franchise. It’ll be a bonus to receive footage from The Missing Coach and other test pilots.
I don’t think it will be restored. The film reals would be in really bad shape, and unless they restored it when the older episodes were, it won’t be restored. Film reels really only last 20 years at the most, so if we get anything it won’t be super high quality
@@Nate_the_Great-4472 It could still exist to restore as when they restored Down the Mine, they restored a piece of footage reused from the pilot. They may have even already restored it.
You can lump everyone in on this. I don't know that Mattel really care, and it has been so long since even the 3d animated episodes have been sold. I am not even saying it is impossible, but maybe temper your expectations a bit.
@@Jam-Jar1 they most likely did not restore the pilot reels, and only the one shot they needed because that would’ve wasted a lot of time and money to restore those reels they wouldn’t use
Imagine you are a preschooler în 1983 and some random guy shows you and the rest of the class a 5 minute something video about a talking train falling down a mine and after 38 years you realized you saw something that had never been shown to the public before. That would be freaking crazy
Gatekeeping content that outta be available for everyone to view is just one of the dumbest things ever. People that do this stuff don't own any of it. Honestly selfish to act as if they're the only ones deserving of it.
If Mr. Nightmare made Thomas & Friends content: Great video by the way. Enjoyed it from start to finish, even if I already knew about these entries (cuz I'm a nerd).
Lost media's i really want to see as an Thomas fan and Polish person -Down the mine pilot -Czy to był sen/was that a dream lost Polish 1947 animated movie -Kto tu jest niewinny lost polish song from 70s -The missing coach But thers more of course
My dad was a fan of thomas, wanting every vhs tape known, but when the cgi version released my dad went blind, only knowing the old memories of the LA(life action) show , he told me of a lost episode, i can barely remember what he told me so, dont believe me to much, One day on sodor, thomas was on his branchline, (forgotten part) at the docks a ship arrived, showing a yellow engine, it was coming off. (Forgotten part)(Forgotten part) The engine was seen driving around sodor, then never seen again. [Fyi i barely remember what he said, or if it's true, what he told me reminds me of the cgi movie, where luke knocked someone off] thanks for reading
I LOVED the first video, keep up the good work. My only critique is that you sound quite monotone through part of the video. If you want I can shut up but a little more liveliness would definitely improve the video.
How about Adventures of Thomas Movie? The Script is an early draft of the plot (it’s an… dubious interesting one), but it honestly would be interesting to see more if the final script is shine to light.

so glad theres no overly long intro, straight to the point so it doesn't drag
The Sad story of Henry is likely never going to resurface. It was probably taped over and lost to time
What's with the creepy ambience?
That’s how lost media videos go Lol
To bad The Missing Coach is (likely) being gatekept from the fandom
Also I really want the BBC Sad Story of Henry episode but I know it'll never show

If he was blind then how did he see blue mountain?
Blind in this context either means to be unmindful of or to overlook something (the CGI era)

Hey! I referenced your video tonight in my livestream, and I absolutely love that I knew this information now!Thank you so much for making this video!
I LOVED the first video, keep up the good work. My only critique is that you sound quite monotone through part of the video. If you want I can shut up but a little more liveliness would definitely improve the video.
I really like the old style look 😊

Bro, are you using AI for your narrations? You've totally butchered the pronunciation of Mattel. Use REAL narration. Nobody wants AI anymore.
