    Thank you so much for your tasty, quick recipe. I only had half a cucumber in the fridge so I made it as a side dish. My wife really enjoyed it.

    Don’t forget! That water that you use to rehydrate the Wakame.…. Theres a lot of umami in there!
    I definitely would use that if making some miso soup

      Try a simple chef trick. Put the slices in ice water for about five minutes. It removes most of the bitterness and actually makes it a little bit sweet to eat raw
