I'm so so sorry but I literally died with laughter with your back-story account (says she looking for a solution to thinning edges lol lol lol). Very useful advice. Thank you for this and the laughter :)
I already use Jamaican black castor oil...I think I forget to oil my edges. I do try to keep it moist by spritzing it throughout the day with water and leave in conditioner.I will use your tips starting tonight! Thanks for the video!
Hey how long until your hair/edges grew back? Also after first we're you feeling like the castor oil was not working as well as when did you start seeing regrowth?
I had someone chemically burn my scalp with bleach and toner I honestly had no clue my scalp was burned until I realized that’s why it was stinging, it has been a little over a year now (October marked 1 year) and my hair is flourishing around my edges... is it still possible for it to grow back?
Kay Amoah I don't have Jamaica black castor oil but I do have just castor oil and was wondering if it works the same.... ps my edges are completely gone #bold help me please
Shit....your edges look great. I'm struggling with that issue myself. Have been for as long as I can remember. Nothing seems to be helping and I pretty much tried everything. I'm not going to give up tho. Thanks for your video.
I've relaxed and dyed my hair so many times this year and now my edges are so thin, I'm use to having really thick hair so this is very unusual to me. I've tried everything but black castor oil so i just hope this works! any tips on how many times i should wash my hair? and if i should start letting it dry naturally?
+Jayde Barima I personally would recommend washing once a week. And yes minimising heat would be great, so air drying would be a good idea. Try minimal tension on your edges along with the castle oil and I'm sure they will be back before you know it!
T. Vahnie well I've only started using castor oil but i also take supplements, if needs be depending on how bad your edges are book a doctors appointment and they can prescribe or recommend other things you can do as well as using castor oil

I really need your help my edges are thin, a little bald and my scalp is sore all the time, because i had alot of braids. Now i have tiny bumps on my scalp, I just want to give up its embarassing and painfull, please i need some advice.
+Halei123 sweet give the braids a good break try buns with a band or something to cover your edges or the style I mentioned in the video and follow the tips I gave aswell. No stress on your edges for a least a month and that should help xx
GIRRRRL. u look hella good. can you just shampoo your edges as well? and i dont think its good to cover your hair with a scarf at night bc ur scalp isnt able to breathe??
Ima gonna try this because my edges grew and then I had my second baby and my whole right side just thinned out completely! So embarrassing and not cute lol
Hello. Thanks for the video. I don't have male pattern baldness in my family... I believe my hairline has gotten pushed back a little along with my corners. Do you think this method can help regrow my corners and lower my hairline? Niggas keep roasting me over it 😭😭😭 Thanks.
Hey thanks for watching! If your hairline is going due to genetics or another underlying issue then it may not work, however there's no harm in giving it a go for a month or two! Hope it works out for you!
Yes hormones among other stress we put on our hair can do that. Mine was so bad and the only thing that grew my hair back was something I used that I got from smoothstonecalifornia.com, it does have Jamaican black castor oil and comes with a massager, I Love it!! My hair is filled in and long now
I did the same thing after my second child about 1 month after to be exact snd my edges finished saying by by. I had been 1 1/2 year natrual and i was soo emotionak and was lioe im going fo reaox it. I miss my hair. Funny thing is, its growing sooo fast faster than ever. I trim it like every other month and it seems like 2 weeks its back to where i cut it before. All eccept ky edges they are coming back but its more like filling in, not growing long so im waiting patiently. Thx for the vid
I've had thin edges from when I had my first son in 1997 and my second son in 2001. my edges have never been the same 😢. I'm gonna try the castor oil and see. I have the same raggety scarf lol😆 New subbie xx
I'm still struggling with mine but I know what caused them so I'm staying away from braids and weaves that involve my edges.
+Emprezz Abena it's good you know how to deal with it! I'm giving those a break too for a while! Xx
the name of the oil pls, for how many hours

+butterfly9274 hmm yh it is, try just use a little on your fingers n dab it on, or you could just use it the night before wash days and mix in your DC
Try emu oil
mix it with olive oil or coconut oil it makes it easier
