That’s very cool, And buying the turrets for targets! Did they eat the shots well, or did they protect a bit? The armour was very thin I think? And the cheek up armour was for heat protection? Thanks for sharing 🙂
@@mrtankalotrctankschannel If you mean either side of the mantlet (only players of silly Russian games use the term "cheeks") , yes the armour was thin but then again it was thin everywhere. It relied on the Mobility and Firepower aspects of the design triangle.

I would love a leopard 1 with the late welded turret as well in 1/16 (and a chieftain mk11)
