Great super fast cook John! I'll experiment with these and see what happens when they get seared off over charcoal. Looks already very similar to the "restaurant style" ribs I already make on a regular basis.. those get bathed in 180F water with tons of seasoning until the desired doneness. This is the same just way way faster.. brilliant!
John, My Niece has one that she cooks amazing meals in. A few weeks ago she made amazing pulled pork in it. My absolute favourite sandwich. I’ll have to share this video with her.

I just turned 32lbs of uncooked brisket into 15lb 6oz of heaven. 24hours on the bbq grill. Old fashioned 2 chamber smoker. I plan in get an instapot. Just got a vacuum sealer. All in due time.

Pressuer cooker of any size will work.
