This cake looks so lite and fluffy like a cloud and l like the way the lemon jam was made l have never seen that made before l must give that a try but this lemon cake looks delicious l will try this cake l love lemon and the water bath The Bain Marie l use this for my cheese cake I never used it for making a regular cake before first time for everything .
