If there are a few leaves that are 1/2 brown, should I cut the brown area only, the whole leaf or leave it alone? I'm aiming at big growth, I dont care about shape. Thank you.
I just saw your video for the first time. I do not subscribe nor comment on "how to videos," but I feel compelled with yours. I really like how you instruct!! I was not ready to click you off. You speak with authority; you get right to the point; you pronounce your words very clear; and you speak with a good pace between words - not fast, not slow. You give the name of the plants and show demonstrate on that plant up close! No monologue, no big build up waiting for the information I'm looking for. Straight to the point and detailed. I was so happy! Thank you!!
Years ago I almost killed a plant that didn't belong to me. Since I usually do a good job with plants, I was just totally confused. I finally found the answer on your channel. It was a sanseveria! Thanks so very much for all your knowledgeable help with all plants.
Hello, I would like to ask if you maybe have planned an "all you need to know" - video about ceropegia woodii and areca palm? I love your videos. I just subscribed and am still going through your extensive video collection even if I don't have the plants in question. It's great to evaluate if I can make that particular plant happy in my home before buying one. Thank you for this channel.
I have a schefflera plant with tall bare stems before the bushy leaves start coming out. It is top heavy with nothing on the bottom. If I cut the bare stem 10 inches from the bottom, Will leaves come out at that point?
I have a Homalomena plant the has damaged leaves, but all around the base are buds! Can I cut the existing foliage off to encourage the lower bud growth, or does it need the gnarly leaves to gather the sunlight?
Great video! I’ve binge watched many of your videos because I recently started to be interested in plants and flowers. I have a request for a new video. Can you please make a video about Coleus (Palettblad)? I love how they come in different colors and are easy to take care of. However, I’m not sure what to do with them indoors during the colder time of the year. I also live in Sweden (Stockholm) and the challenge for indoor plants is the light during the winter months. My coleus last year died due to the lack of light indoors, I guess. My coleus this year (which is outside now) started to develop white dots which I suppose it’s the fungus problem. So I sprayed the mix of water, baking soda and soap and they seem to be better now. However, I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. I’d love it if you can share your knowledge about Coleus plants. Thank you for being so awesome! Rock on!
What if you found an indoor plant left outside for over two years after you bought a house. You live in a tropical climate where the four seasons don't happen. Furthermore, the plant is about 4 feet in height. Can I safely knock it down to a foot or in half (2 feet)?
THANK YOU!! That was incredibly well done - exactly what I was needing. Ive never subscribed or commented on anything but that deserves a huge thank you and i am definitely subscribing!! i hope you have 1000 more videos!! UPDATE: You DO have 1000 more videos!!! Lol SWEET! 🤩🪴
