Same. It's always nice when a restaurant allows for unlimited refills, but if there's no self-serving machines it instantly becomes a nightmare. It honestly makes me feel bad for asking the waiter / waitress for a refill or extra napkins etc. because they might already have a backlog of tasks they need to already take care of and/or they might be having a really stressful day, thus usually never end up asking for one. In the case of this video, the students in the room are attending class to study and are paying an substantial amount to pursue a career in life and these clowns have no empathy for disrupting their education.

We were not allowed to forcibly remove anyone, put hands on anyone or anything like that due to potential lawsuits. Private security is basically just a deterrent and that's it, anything goes down like this and all they can do is ask them nicely to leave and if they don't we just call the police like anyone else. Security has the same authority as a normal citizen. Basically zero.

Yeah, a German UA-camr/Streamer (montanablack) got sued by a mother because she and her child were in one of his irl streams for a few seconds. Like he was not trying to piss people off or something, she just sued because her child was in his stream for a few seconds when he passed by (and probably for money too).
But tbh this could have been avoided if he got a license to film there, afaik if he has no license anyone who happens to be in his stream can sue him.
According to him, it would not be worth it to pay for a license for such a stream.
IMO this is the way it should be. They should have the right not to be bothered by assholes like in the video, I think people rarely have a problem with IRL streamers when they are not pissing anyone off, but when something like in this video happens anyone who was recorded should be able to sue them or they should be paid a satisfactory amount for being recorded.

My school had a Martial Arts class and my teacher was from South Korea, he would tell us stories about how harsh school was over there to remind his students how easy they have it. Teachers would spank you with a wooden ruler until it broke in front of the whole class over there. In the US we have become way to soft over the years. Pulling this kind of crap even in my school days would get you in a lot of trouble, teachers had no problem yelling at kids and keeping them in line. Kids could be dragged to a desk or even restrained with a harness for causing trouble on the bus. One of my oldest music teachers got annoyed by kid disrupting her class and she screamed shut up and broke the overhead projector by slamming her fist on it and she was fired. Hard to believe this generation of idiots is so bad we actually need teachers like my old music teacher back in the classroom. Teachers and schools these days are just cowards, nobody is saying you should just start beating the crap out of your students however there needs to be a line somewhere. Mindless crap like this will only continue to happen if schools remain powerless to do anything at all. So glad I finished school before it all became a circus full of wimpy adults and mouthy kids.
