EXACTLY!!! the merriam-webster dictionary definition 2 of fascism is: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control. def #1 is a political philosophy, movement, or regime that often exalts nation and race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition. which is still kinda on point. this is way different than what google says fascism is

I'd counter argue that these Tshirts actually serve to finance a terrorist movement and their criminal activities, and as such the selling of their T-shirt should not be allowed. At least no NTFA affiliates should receive the proceeds.

"Antifa is _clearly_ anti-fascist. It's in the name." Cool. Then I assume you'll also agree that the National Socialist German Worker's Party were socialists. Thanks for playing. :)
In fairness, there is not a lot of difference between fascism and socialism. Both are totalitarian forms of government with little wiggle room for the individual between what is compulsory and what is forbidden* (although, Socialism is further to the left**, than Fascism). Under fascism, private companies are heavily regulated to the point that the State does not actually have to nationalize them (FDR's New Deal is a good example of fascist economic policy, and may even be an example of good fascist economic policy [this is subject to much debate]). In many ways, fascism makes for stronger economies than socialism, as the people that built up capital are the best ones to figure out how to properly apply it. Allowing individuals to enjoy property rights does put some limits on the power of the State, but the increased wealth is worth it, as wealth is not a zero-sum game, so the State is more powerful, despite not holding all of the power. Fascism is just Socialism with some property rights. Those workers that still had jobs did very well under FDR's New Deal, so the NSDAP was close enough to Socialist for most workers' points of view and different enough from socialism to allay the fears of the wealthy. The most important aspect of the NSDAP was that, unlike the other socialist parties, the NSDAP was a party of Germans for Germans, while the socialists were unabashedly advocating becoming another Soviet Socialist Republic answering to Moscow. * Admittedly, going by Beria's boast "Show me the man and I will show you the crime", you could believe that Stalin went too far, as Beria is suggesting that Socialism could declare some things to be both compulsory AND forbidden, so any potential troublemaker could be immediately taken off of the streets and dealt with. ** I am trying to advance a new definition of the political spectrum. The spectrum should be a sliding scale of the balance between the rights of the Individual and the power of the State. On the extreme left is Socialism, where the State wields all power and the Individual has no rights. On the extreme right is Anarchy, where the rights of the Individual are paramount, due to the non-existence of the State. Communism is not on this spectrum as Communism is the Platonic ideal of an ordered society, while Anarchy, Socialism, and everything in between are shadows cast on the walls of Plato's Cave by Communism. [bad math inspired pun] Political Science is complex, because people are real and Communism is imaginary. [/bad math inspired pun]
@@richardbell7678 Ill have to disagree on the New deal being a Fascist economic policy, mostly because a hallmark of the Fascist economy being that all major businessmen are made into party members or at least party collaborators, its purpose is to increase party control over the economy without the need for central planning. While FDR did heavily regulate the economy, he didnt do this to turn businessmen into democratic party members and collaborators. Businessmen were still allowed to be politically opposed to the democratic party, and i dont know of any instances where businesses were oppropriated due to the owner doing an insufficient job.

She moved two states over to mine to live with family and she was very insecure about being "useless" to her family, so she forced herself to go out and get groceries despite taking a hour to get back in her car, even with my assistance due to both her advanced age and past injuries. I made conversation with her as I helped her into her car and nice old ladies like her always have some stories. Sound hypocritical.
My point is that both the media and some malicious players seem to focus specifically on dubious "Antifa" claims because (in my opinion) the mere idea of "Anti Fascism" represents a threat to the imperialist and nationalistic nature that has been sown into (at least America) since it's inception and is in conflict with Capitalism that has profited off of both of these ideals. Even "Liberal" media will do this, because Neo Liberalism will always defend the status quo and side with fascism before allowing any kind of social democracy. Guys I dont get it
North Korea is a Democratic Republic why does everyone hate them
In fairness, there is not a lot of difference between fascism and socialism.
[bad math inspired pun]
Political Science is complex, because people are real and Communism is imaginary.
