So I presume you mirror the image whenever you film from the far side of the lightboard. That actually makes it more engaging than if you were in person, and writing on a whiteboard, where you have to face away from the students while you write.
I do not think she is. In the section where the camera is behind her, you can see she is writing with her right hand. When the camera is on the opposite side of the plexiglass from her, it appears she is writing left-handed. It appears she has simply used the video mirroring capability of her video platform.
