The last week, I'd already started getting back on the wagon but this time as Ketovore. So I've been doing more meat and fats and less veg. I previously went off the rails and had about four cheat days, which reminded me how bad my body reacts to that type of junk. It was an excellent reminder and your videos also helped very much over this last week. I agree that we need to develop a habit of self care and not just for the month of September. Thanks for helping with your videos. The average friend doesn't follow this type of lifestyle and you can't count on others for support. That's probably why your views and likes have gone up. Thanks for all that you and the doctor do to help support us and teach us.
I hear ya...my kids are all grown (in their 20s & 30s even), but my whole life has been about making decisions based on"what if" they need me & now I'm finally realizing I need to focus on me. I was just diagnosed with hashimotos & it's shone a light on the fact that i need to take care of myself first& foremost!
I need to be more ‘mentally’ healthy. Horrible divorce and I’m struggling with it still Every. Damn. Day. I know exercising will help. This is what I need to do....

My plan is to do 30 days of Carnivore I have alway done Keto for the last 2 years, but I'm ready to see what my body prefers and what kind of amazing changes come from it. Also I just signed up for Real Estate school to become a licensed realtor here's to a great September!

When the local gyms closed where I live I completely stopped exercising and I haven't lost any weight since then and I still have about 10-15 more lbs to lose. Been struggling mentally feeling locked in the house, so I'm pledging to go outside every day, get some movement, name 3 things I'm grateful for, and try to help a newbie daily. Keto-wise I need to switch it up too, so aiming for a 16 hr fast daily and cutting the keto "friendly" sweet foods and snacking!

I had already decided to fast more in September for weight loss, and to stick to Carnivore when I am eating, but this challenge has me thinking about what else I really need for my well being and I love that! ❤️ My whole family practices taekwondo, and during quarantine I was able to go through my forms every day. But since life has gotten busier again, I haven’t taken the time. I plan to return to this and hope to earn my red belt this month!
September 1st will be the day I start a keto carnivore lifestyle. I am a type II diabetic and carbs absolutely make me sick. However, I have never took the complete plunge to better myself. I’m in! I’m a workaholic and I need to put my mental health at the forefront. For me that mean’s getting back into yoga and meditation. I’ve really neglected that portion of my fitness routine. I am from Portland, Oregon and I recently went back to school. Being away from the turmoil of that city has helped immensely, but I still feel the weight from seeing those events occur.
Perfect timing. I need to get back on track after a bad weekend. I will be tracking for the month of September, annnnd I will make a point of celebrating something every day! Celebrating good choices, celebrating sunshine, celebrating taking the time to dance in my kitchen to some favorite songs...you name it. I love September so this will be a month worth remembering! After watching y'all last evening, I am now using a tablespoon for my creamer and only allowing myself 3 cups of coffee, other than my morning bullet proof (coffee, MCT, iodine, salt and butter). I do art journaling and watercolor for my mental health. I'm also starting to use my free weights for 5 - 10 minutes 3 times a day. Vacation in 52 days and need more toned arms. Thanks for the challenge
Great idea!! I’m in the same boat. I am either focused on work or family. I need to do a physical/mental challenge for me. Mental: read, paint, stop and listen to music, or draw etc. Physical: move for 30 in some form 😀
Well this is perfect timing! I decided after 13 months of healing and weight reduction, I’m ready to step it up with exercise. I started a week ago. Stretching and with weights for arms and any kind of focused body movement for at least 15 min to start.So game on! Lets do this! 😀

Great challenge! Also, that blue color looks fabulous on you! I want to challenge myself to start taking an evening walk now that it's a breathable temperature in Texas. Less screen time, and more time doing things I enjoy. Also, fixing my hair instead of throwing it in a bun or ponytail EVERYDAY.

I definitely need that! There 2 things I want to start doing: 1. Exercise & 2. Meditate. I’m gonna start with 5 minutes meditation and 3 body weight exercises (1 set till failure). And I’ll see how I progress 👍🏻☺️ feeling positive 🤩

I have been off sugar and flour since mid June with just a few slip ups. Progress not perfect tion! I exercise by walking or moving around in our pool. I will work on removing dairy from my diet and not allow myself a vanilla cone from McDonald's...it's not worth it mentally for me. I would rather eat a piece of fruit because it's natural. 🙏💖Thank you Neisha for the inspiration!

I will show up for myself by keeping a commitment to myself to go Carnivore for September. I will stay motivated by filling out my daily fitness planner I created and taking time an hour a day if I can to read a book. My husband had a horrible car accident on Friday 08/28 so we will be home a lot and I think taking time for me is a way for me to focus on health and rest..
6 months of work from home in a 10x10 room. August came with sciatica. I need to continue my exercises and be disciplined about walking away from my desk during the day so I can continue to heal. Also living through a pandemic as an empath is soul crushing. I have to disconnect and focus on things that feed my soul...a bubble bath, journaling, camping are just a few. Love this challenge!

Mental health... practicing box breathing to reduce anxiety, reading something positive and affirming first thing every morning to get my mind in a good space. Physical health... trying different workout videos on UA-cam each day so I don’t get bored. Continue with beef heavy carnivore.

Challenge accepted! My goal is to cut back on my adult beverage and since I'm a horse woman I'm setting a goal to teach my mini to drive a cart. Plenty of outside exercise and a great stress reliever anytime I'm with my animals. That will make me healthier and very happy!
I am going to make sure to get at least 30 minutes of walking in every day. I so need to move this body more! I also bought a weighted jump rope and actually was able to complete 100 jumps my first day! I’m 64 and haven’t jumped rope since I was a young girl so that was exciting. I want to add in jump roping for fun at least 3x a week. 🌻🍁💛🍂🤎
This is such a great idea. I already take my 30min lunch to do a walk around the building. Maybe I can add another walk or a workout for the evening... or taking 30mins to read a book. I have a 2yr old. And I haven't read a book since he was born!! I'm TOTALLY going to try to do this.
I already committed to no sugar no grains for 30 days starting Sept 1. Consistency is my issue and I feel so much better when I avoid these things. I want to be healthy and avoid any health issues as well as be an example for my kids. I will be using my fb page as accountability. I will be posting daily progress, giving out healthy tips/videos, food pics. Im excited to do this.

I plan to take time for myself, after dropping kids off at school, to do my bible study, work out, or take my toddler to the beach/ park to get exercise together. I have been struggling finding time for me with 6 kids at home all day everyday.

I started carnivore a month ago after watching you and Kelly Hogan chat. Going to keep going and add in some weights-15-20 minutes a day!
My challenge for September is to continue walking 3 miles/day/everyday. Thank you Neisha, you and Dr. Berry are great role models and motivators.

Thank you for this fun challenge. I will be doing some form of exercise daily, be it biking, walking, yoga, pilates or weights and giving up dairy to see if I can break my plateau on ketovor. Looking forward to it! ❤️😊👍🏼✌🏼🌻

I will show up for myself by keeping a commitment to myself to go Carnivore for September. I will stay motivated by filling out my daily fitness planner I created and taking time an hour a day if I can to read a book. My husband had a horrible car accident on Friday 08/28 so we will be home a lot and I think taking time for me is a way for me to focus on health and rest..
6 months of work from home in a 10x10 room. August came with sciatica. I need to continue my exercises and be disciplined about walking away from my desk during the day so I can continue to heal. Also living through a pandemic as an empath is soul crushing. I have to disconnect and focus on things that feed my soul...a bubble bath, journaling, camping are just a few. Love this challenge!
Yes!!! So awesome to see this. I will be taking a 30 minute walk every morning with my son. As well I think I want to challenge myself to drink more water each day. And last but not least I think a I want to do some meditation I k ow that’s quiet a list but it feels like that’s what I really need!
I wasn't expecting this today but I am going to challenge myself to complete a 30 day squat challenge. I've been trying to complete one a few times this year but haven't had the motivation. My plan is to print out a calendar like I do for my daily yoga practice and ✔️ it off my list too!!! Good vibes! ❤️

I’m in for this challenge. 😊 I want to eat carnivore and work on getting in exercise. I struggle with that because of fibromyalgia and chronic pain related to my back. Here’s to September 💯💋💯

Mental health... practicing box breathing to reduce anxiety, reading something positive and affirming first thing every morning to get my mind in a good space.
Physical health... trying different workout videos on UA-cam each day so I don’t get bored. Continue with beef heavy carnivore.

I’m on board.. it’s time to get busy.. I’ve set up my Alexa to tell me to “get off my a$$ and exercise” everyday at 9am.. my routine has been so bad since my job stopped. I’ve got to get it together to fill my time with things that are in my best interest. So with that said... into bed at a decent hour, up at a decent hour (no snooze alarm) and get busy..

I have been wanting to start exercising to madfit. Followed Maddie when I was doing Vegan a few years ago...just love her..and now she has a great at home work out videos..so will vommit to at least 4 days a week..hopefully more..but 4 is a start

Challenge accepted! My goal is to cut back on my adult beverage and since I'm a horse woman I'm setting a goal to teach my mini to drive a cart. Plenty of outside exercise and a great stress reliever anytime I'm with my animals. That will make me healthier and very happy!
I am going to make sure to get at least 30 minutes of walking in every day. I so need to move this body more! I also bought a weighted jump rope and actually was able to complete 100 jumps my first day! I’m 64 and haven’t jumped rope since I was a young girl so that was exciting. I want to add in jump roping for fun at least 3x a week.

This is such a great idea. I already take my 30min lunch to do a walk around the building. Maybe I can add another walk or a workout for the evening... or taking 30mins to read a book. I have a 2yr old. And I haven't read a book since he was born!! I'm TOTALLY going to try to do this.

I already committed to no sugar no grains for 30 days starting Sept 1. Consistency is my issue and I feel so much better when I avoid these things. I want to be healthy and avoid any health issues as well as be an example for my kids. I will be using my fb page as accountability. I will be posting daily progress, giving out healthy tips/videos, food pics. Im excited to do this.

Perfect timing. I just started my own challenge starting September 1 since August 31st was my birthday and my kids start school September first as well.
I plan to take time for myself, after dropping kids off at school, to do my bible study, work out, or take my toddler to the beach/ park to get exercise together. I have been struggling finding time for me with 6 kids at home all day everyday.
Love this idea. My goal for September is to lower my fasting glucose. So I'm going to exercise and no keto treats.
I plan on doing some kind of physical activity and counting total carbs everyday. Got to get back on the keto wagon and stay on.
No cheats! Personal time with the Lord daily!
