Thankyou so much for these videos.The explanations are so simple.I have downloaded all videos for my daughter's Chemistry lessons but I am also using them to help me refresh my knowledge on what I learnt 20 years ago...LOVE all your videos ❤❤
I am a huge math and physics fan. I love chemistry too. Every time I have an exam, I do lot's of research, and your videos are always part of it! Great job! Keep it up! Your lectures are straight forward and easy to understand.
I actually love these so much I am going to tell all my friends. Why aren’t you big yet !! Also will you be doing all of the silibus for all sciences before the may gcse exams. Thanks
Ah Abe thats music to our ears, it really is lovely to hear from people finding them useful! At the current rate we'll have all of double award done for bio/chem/physics ready for revision before this years exams - good luck!
Can you put the video transcribe in the description box because my teacher asks us to make notes from this video so this will be very helpful. And keep up the good work.
Thank you so much for these videos! However I think it would be better if you could specify whether they were for paper 1 or paper 2, keep up the hard work!
Hi Rose, thanks so much for taking the time so comment and give us that feedback! We'll definitely have a chat and see how we might include that info :)
Thanks so much. I truly love and enjoy watching your videos. Keep up your good work. I’m not sure why you say (1:05ish) that Chlorine would need all of its seven outermost electrons removed in order to become a positive ion. I understand the difficulties in practically attaining a Chlorine +1 ion, but why shouldn’t just six electrons in its outermost shell constitute a +1 ion? End of the day, won’t it have an unbalanced proton-electron ratio, and be positively charged?
At the moment we're doing the combined (trilogy) science course - so there'll be a few topics missing if you're doing separate science. However, you'd still want to know all the material we cover for your exam, but just some extra bits too :)
YOu know when you said that the metals have a higher melting point. Hovever. It is wrong becuse the alkaline metals eg sodium have a low melting point. You never said that.
Thx so much for the info❤👍. I was having doubts regarding this topic but the animation's of your video and your way of teaching helped me understand this topic. Subbed and liked

Can someone please help? Why can't carbon form ions? Is it because carbon has 6 protons and electrons, so it's already stable? But if that's the case then why does nitrogen also form ions, nitrogen has 7 protons and electrons as well. Thanks in advance!!🙏

Do transition metals form positive ions or negative ions
Here for exams gang -->
can you make a video on graphs?
1:06 wouldn't losing just 1 electron make it 1+ ion? The proton:electron ratio would be unbalanced.
