This video is very helpful for threading this serger, however one thing is not correct . Just above the tension dials each thread has two holes to go through down on the left up and over and down again on the right then to the tension dial

I inherited a Bernette 234 Seger, and I am learning how to function it every day. Can I blind hem for a stretchy fabric on this machine? What kind of thread to use for the stretchy fabric on this machine? If anyone know, please let me know.

Yes, absolutely, you can serge the bottom of skirt and pants fabric and then turn it under, but it's much less noticeable if you hand-hem the surged part on the inside. The best thread is standard cones of polyester, they even have them at Wal-mart now for about $3.99 so you don't have to spend a lot at a fabric store/sewing center.
