Just got the CD, can't wait to hear the entire album. Got it because of this song. Always loved Nickelback, glad to see they are back at it hard.
Me too! Did you get the deluxe edition? Cause I did! Love the lyric booklet. Always a plus when bands do that. But I hate when bands don't even include song credits or anything. It's like, why did I pay for this?

I have seen them live in concert and they are pretty good what happened to them was not really their fault it’s the damn radio stations that picked the same damn songs and always pick the softest songs and run them into the ground I’m sick of the songs the radio plays And when they first came out and The radio stations played a little bit of everything but then they just started playing the same songs over and over Nickelback has a lot of good songs but the damn radio stations just ruined them and people got on the bandwagon of trashing them but they are actually as we both know very good musicians and they sound perfect live but the radio stations never want to play any deep cuts Radio stations are horrible they will take the same few songs of a band playing over and over and they will leave off the good stuff so that’s all the people hear. This is definitely a good song but there will still be people out there who trash it for some stupid reason unfortunately

im a metal guy since birth and just like both of yall, i am totally impressed with the heavy sound that they have never demonstrated to the fanbase at any time prior...bad ass lyrics, badass instrumental, badass jam for the entire world to enjoy....hope more of this comes our way down the road

Nickleback gets picked on a lot, especially in the elitist part of the Metal community for being Pop Rock, but they have always been great musicians and can bring the HEAVY when they want to. The tribute song they did for Dimebag of Pantera when he passed is an example of that. They also used to be a Pantera and Metallica tribute band before they made it big.

People quickly forget about their heavy album The Long Road with tracks such as ‘Throw Yourself Away’ and ‘Flat on the Floor’. Heavy has always been in their repertoire
The thing is only fans who listen to there entire albums know the heavy stuff, but if you only listen to them on the radio, they really don't play the heavy stuff. Some but not a lot of the real heavy stuff.

Never Again of the album Silver Side Up solidified my undying devotion to the band. Anyone able to stand up to domestic abuse as their lead song on their first formal release knows where they stand. Also Chad Kroger can absolutely belt it out.

I’ve got to admit, I’ve been a Nickelback hater…. But this song is great. Fires on all cylinders.
It’s honestly the same thing with daughtry for me. I liked them, everyone trashed them and I kind laughed at a few of the memes making fun of the bands and kind of walked away from them. Never stopped liking the songs but just never got back into them until now.
