Hello sir, Just wanted to say super thanks, Just got back from a two day trip to Disneyland & DCA (Oct. 31st, Nov. 1st). I watched and studied most of your videos before going. Haven't been to Disneyland in over 30 years. And without your help, we would have been lost. We followed your direction. And we had the best time. Never waited longer than 21 minutes for any ride. We did 25 rides on our first day. We watched all 3 shows. on our trip. Fireworks, Fantasmic, and World of Color. Rode Rise of Resistance in 21 minutes. Eat all the yummy food we wanted. No waiting. Also just bought Inspire Magic keys for the upcoming year. Super excited. Thanks for all your help. I'll be a loyal subscriber for life now. Btw, I watched other UA-camrs too. You are by far the easiest and most informative. Thanks again sir!!!
My daughter and I were at disneyland 3-5 November. After studying your vlogs for the past 6 months we decided last minute to tackle it with no strategy. We had the best time, we did all disneyland and California adventure had to offer in a relaxed way and no additional expense of lightning lane. The wait times were nowhere near those noted except for Radiator springs so I think LL is a bit of a scam to get you to spend more in my opinion. We also got to experience the Monorail with the driver so thanks so much for that tip and also your food suggestions. The soup and sandwich at jolly holiday was so yum. Thanks again for all your advice and vlogs, we were hoping to bump into you whilst there!
that was a very successful morning!!! i look forward to rope dropping this way next time i visit the parks. was hoping you would do a similar video with starting at DCA then park hopping to Disneyland
Such great information. I took notes on this one lol. I have about 15 notes now on information I got from your videos. These videos are my favorite thing to watch on here.
Perfect timing, we just got our magic keys today!! Got on right at 8:45 just to find out they’re still on sale 10 hours later🤦♀️ Excited to plan our first magic key trip!
@@d.akotaxox Keys will be for sale for 3 months if last time is any evidence (March 5-June 5). But certain levels of passes may disappear while Inspire will hang around for quite awhile.
Hey Trevor, thank you for all your advice. I was able to ride 20 rides yesterday at Disneyland thanks to your guide and advice and I got there an hour late.😹
Good episode, it was nice to see a variation of strategies for rope drop, and then also park hop. Please do a video soon for updated how to do Disneyland area without dining reservations.
Thought my comment might have a better chance to be seen here. Re-watched the magic key video multiple times for the info. It and the time stamps were a lifesaver when it actually came time to buy today! Didn't remember where to go and re-watched while following the steps. Thank you!! Will also be following the advice when our 2 year old turns 3!
@SoCalDisneyDad Oh I didn't post on that video. Was going to and then saw you had just posted a new video less than a minute before so I posted here. Again, thanks! Started your videos with Oogie Boogie this year and have been enjoying old and new :)
So can you review the current state of LL? I find after the changes, it’s much less useful. Last April, it was great, and I was here for May 4th. Today, almost hard to justify. For the past 2 days, Indy, Space Mountain, Thunder and Matterhorn have been gone by 6pm. I just got in today at 8, and Indy was already out to 11:30. If you don’t grab fast, you’re not getting it, and then you’re in the 2 hour window. Is there a new way to plan with the recent changes?
@@DavidHodginsRetiredYoung I have made two videos since it changed to LLMP that shows the service as it currently is. Nothing has changed. What has, is the number of people using it. The more people use it, the greater demand for attractions, the quicker they disappear.
We are from MI and will be visiting between Christmas and New Year, we have been watching your vids to help with planning. We know it will be crowded when we come out and so we have already purchased LL. Would love to hear some of your "must do's" and best strategies for the holiday season. Thanks and stay safe!
That day was pretty good. There is no need for LL. Just do Traver's way. Success in my eyes. Specially Disneyland. Amy and the kids are back, awesome. Tell them 👋 hi. I like eating Flo's. They have good food.
@@mariamartinez145 I’d need to stay at the hotel for that, unfortunately. So the likelihood is very very low. As hotel stays at Disney are super expensive. I do have a DCA day though, from a few months ago: Disney California Adventure EARLY ENTRY Strategy | BEFORE the Park Opens! ua-cam.com/video/D40CGH0XfEY/v-deo.html
@SoCalDisneyDad What I meant to ask is if you can make a rope drop strategy video on a day (for example: Tuesday) where there's already people in the park who have early access, unless you've made one already. Thank you!
@@mariamartinez145 Oh! That’s pretty much any of my videos. I always go on days the park has Early Entry. It makes absolutely no difference in crowd levels for the regular guest, except at Peter Pan, which I never go to, that’s why you never see anything about crowd level differences on early entry days.
@@mariamartinez145 Pretty sure Amy had some in the park this weekend. I don’t think she ended up needing them. I don’t remember her using them. But I’m pretty sure she took them.
Haunted mansion is only once a day on virtual queue. Tiana’s you can ride twice technically if you manage to get a virtual queue and buy lightning lane for it.

Thanks! You're the best! I hope I see you filming when I'm there in December!!!
On radiator springs, whoever starts out ahead at the beginning of the race, will lose at the end. At least from what Ive heard from other "fun fact" youtube videos 😱😊
If you are wanting the monthly payment option, it does require a $189 down payment. I outlined the upfront costs for each pass level after down payment and first month cost in the Magic Key video.

Great video of a pretty perfect morning in Disneyland. Just curious what day you filmed this on? Seemed pretty slow for fall holiday season:)

hey socal dad, what day do you feel is best (less crowded) for inspire key holders?
@@royjohnson9043 Saturdays are really great nowadays because only Inspire can go a good chunk of them.
