I love this! I suggest staying at the residence inn! And if you do, please do a review! I suggest it because the rooms are decent and clean, and is close to the park and is near a CVS and Coffee Bean and comes with a free breakfast! When I stayed in May, I even saw the back of cars land! 😊
Did 11 nights at the Viv early October. It was fantastic, very clean and well kept, staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is worth noting that as of October the Viv no longer charges a resort fee which is a nice saving. We did the walk 4 times each park day (7) returning early afternoon for a break, day 1 it seemed a little long but afterwards it just became routine and no stress at all to get to the parks. Each night we stayed until park close and even at around 1am we always felt safe walking that tunnel. Only downside was the lack of nearby food options for non park days. Ordering delivery was the only solution to this. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here, perhaps saving the $50 for the park view as we didn't find it overly wonderful and in honesty just came back and went to bed to prepare for rope drop mornings, view was irrelevant.
For the price and distance they should have a shuttle. We were in DL for the halloween races and stayed at the motel 6 you walked by, no bells and whistles, clean room and cheap, saved so much money.
Hi socaldisney dad. Me and my wife saw you guys walking in El Cajon and wished you a happy thanksgiving. We thought you looked familiar. Happy holidays and god bless
Hey Traver, could you possibly do a short video on what head wear there (specifically Mickey ear hats-old school) all we see in videos is the head bands and we are old school wanting know what they have for the hats still if any. Thank you 😊
@@kmiller1823 I point out any new hats in my merch videos. Just check those out. Unfortunately, a dedicated video only on hats won’t get any views, so it’s not something I’ll be making. But I absolutely do show hats in nearly every merch video I make. There’s always just as many hats I’m showing as ears for the most part.
When I grow up and start to live in California I’ll definitely stay there but I don’t think my parents would let me stay in a hotel that’s not close to Disney they want me next to the Disney bubble so I stayed at hotel Lulu and that was nice
@@marcmealie No. I live in San Diego. I visit about once a week. Mostly on weekends. I film multiple videos per visit. My next visit is not until December 8th.
Great information, thank you. The view from the top looks great and the pool area is very pretty.
Glad these hotel reviews are coming back. Very useful. Thanks!❤
Love the Viv. Using ART for rope drop was not a problem. I wouldn’t walk late at night.

@@KATSEYEtouch I’m slowly chipping away at the area hotels for reviews. I’m sure I’ll get to that one eventually!
@ Alright! 😀
Happy Thanksgiving
I have been wanting to stay at The Viv. My oldest will love the adult only pool.
Thanks for reviewing this one!
Thanks for the review!
I still love candy cane!😂😂 I just ask my kids if they want to try other hotel. And their answer are no thank you. Candy cane please!! 🙏🏻😂😂😂😂
Ah, a scale. Because I want to see my bad food choices play out in real time on my vacation. 🤣
I traveled to disney last agust. I a feom Mexico. Best trip ever thanks to all useful reviews of this channel. I really thanks for all your tips.
The scale would work well for making sure a suitcase would make the airline weight requirement after I’ve added all my purchases to it.
Thank you so much for the review I’ll def consider this hotel for my next trip !

I have been eyeing this hotel. Thanks for the review! We visit Disneyland once a year and always use the ART bus. It’s cheap and convenient.
I'm sold. I would definitely stay there. Would take the Art bus if I was by myself . If I wasn't, walking is a go. So much easier.

@@23greyes Thank you for saying hello! Happy Thanksgiving to you as well!
ViewMaster! ❤
More reviews the better to help out of towners stay with actual reviews, better then online notes from hotel sites
Good stuff 🎉
Looks great! I’d probably Uber - the amount you save on hotel is a lot and what a nice hotel! The harbor blvd hotels seem more $ and not as modern
That’s my favorite hotel!!!
YES FINALLY! 😂
Which hotel would you say is the number one to stay at for the best price?

@ ok ty I’ll look at your other videos to see if I can spot the Mickey Mouse ear hats
@ They generally don’t have new ones of those with the Mickey Ears. It’s pretty standard styles that are always available.

Wow so that hotel doesn't have a shuttle, I then prefer my Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. Sorry!
Not be mean do you live /or work at Disneyland

That’s Hella far. There are so many other(better)options to stay that are close to the parks and have a shuttle. Waste of a review.
