If Riot decides to progress one of their stories this century they can definitely make it so that Seraphine has practiced her ability enough to hear the Hextech fully and start an underground coup/resistance against Camille and other Piltover top dogs, but there's so much more that Riot needs to touch on, like Kai'sa and Kassadin needing to meet or how Pantheon has been doing since that animated fight against the Solari/ASol(?).

She also probably has very limited civilian life experience, meaning her relatability is also going to be quite low, something kind of important when dating someone for the first time. Eve was S because we went on the logic that she would fully charm you for the entire date, meaning she would appear as a person you are 100% infatuated with looks wise and everything she says to you while charmed also feels just right. Considering this is Eve's MO its kinda hard for me to see how she could be anything BUT S+ tier. Even though yes you are 100% dead, the date leading up to your demise is a perfect date because you are charmed.

Then she wanders around to find any artifacts on the shadow isles to take with her on her way back to Leblanc . I think that Elise and her spider god are definitely a couple ,but she would sweet talk and charm anyone to take with her on her trip . I can agree Kai is probs a little too low, but she is almost certainly traumatized by her void experience, and while she does mask it well I doubt that mask will last for long before the trauma gets brought up in an unpleasant or awkward way during the date. She also probably has very limited civilian life experience, meaning her relatability is also going to be quite low, something kind of important when dating someone for the first time.
Eve was S because we went on the logic that she would fully charm you for the entire date, meaning she would appear as a person you are 100% infatuated with looks wise and everything she says to you while charmed also feels just right. Considering this is Eve's MO its kinda hard for me to see how she could be anything BUT S+ tier. Even though yes you are 100% dead, the date leading up to your demise is a perfect date because you are charmed.

As a Soraka main, thank you. My friends always make fun of me for loving Soraka, saying things like "she's got a horn" and "she literally got goat legs". i actually don't get why briar would be this low. She is an actual interesting character, and i really don't understand why people say she is a jinx rip off? Jinx is just factually crazy and on the point of not being coherent, briar seems pretty innocent, and as long as she has her lust for blood under control, she seems just like a cheerful girl trying to learn about the world. Like, she talks about trying to make children smile, learning songs... Meanwhile jinx over there can't stop talking to her guns instead of you. I really think that people just saw the briar cinematic and instantly put her down as jinx double, even though her story and her voice lines show that there is such a big difference between them.
and on the whole yordle thing: i would argue that poppy and tristana are mentally adults, that is why they are fair to put in the tiers ( i mean, tristana is definetly A-Tier, come on), but vex is basically forever 14 mentally, which is... concerning at least.
