For your older scrunchies that you’ve had for a while and which haven’t moved, have you thought of doing a bargain bundle offer or something? For instance you could offer a random collection of five scrunchies for a discounted price. You would choose what scrunchies are in each collection, and the customer would be getting a surprise bundle. I hope that makes sense.

I’m a seamstress and have had to have carpal tunnel surgery. I was told by my dr that if you wait to long, sometimes the surgery will not work. I started to feel the symptoms on my other hand/wrist and started wearing a brace at night. The symptoms went away and I have not needed the surgery on the second hand. Try getting the rotary cutter that is meant to help with wrist pain or arthritis. I’ve heard it really works. You are an inspiration and show that hard work and determination are rewarding. Thank you for sharing! MN USA

Love all your videos. They may seem repetitive to you but not to us. Each season brings different fabrics and topics. You are a very talented vlogger. Oceans of respect from Florida. 🌅🏝️🏖️

Instead of getting a PO Box in the town where you live, get one on an easy route to one of your regular markets. That way your not giving out your home and you are able to check your mailbox at least once a week.
I did this for my own business and chose one that was really easy to drive and park at (it was also a business center post office which had lovely people working at it) and on my route home from work each day

The steriods will help your carpel tunnel because a steriod works as an anti inflammatory. So.... it is likely also reducing the inflammation in your wrist.

I had the surgery on both arms. I'm still in the braces and they hurt. It has been over 7 years. My problem was repetitive motions. Now I'm on 900mg of gabepentin and 30mg of duloxetine a day. Keep doing exercises. Love your videos. Your a great inspiration.

Hi Taylah, I have been thinking for ages now that you should start a sewing for teens day class and introduce those interested to your many skills including setting up a business so young , filming and editing video's, and of course your sewing. Also being a mentor as such. It would also be a way to maybe get a part timer to help with the filling of your scrunchie wall on a regular basis. Being a mum of a teen daughter, I know that I would be happy to have someone like yourself introduce her to the world of sewing and business if that's what she wanted to do and pay for a full day / course etc. This would also give more video content, just a thought.

it's so interesting to hear about what halloween is like in australia! it's really throwing me off hearing you talk about spring though haha 😂 I do wonder why you don't launch for both spring and autumn at the same time if so many of your customers are in the northern hemisphere 🤔❤

I have have had multiple surgeries on both of my hand and I still have issues. The steroids you take are helping. I was a 911 dispatcher for almost 20 years and had to type on 6 different keyboards so my hands suffered bad. The first Dr I seen gave me a steroid injection but punctured the nerve with the needle so half of my right hand has no feeling at all. The surgeries helped for about 6 months then I was right back where I started so now I just sleep with my splints and do my own therapy!! Avoid surgery for as long as possible!!! I very much enjoy watching your vlogs!! Have a great day and stay warm!!!

I have the same thing with my sinuses. I had one chest or sinus infection or another and major headaches for years and years before the specialists nailed it down to the sinus/mucosal disease. I had a severe case which has meant a few surgeries. Steroids make you feel wonderful by reducing inflammation throughout your whole body, but you don't want to stay on them long-term unless you absolutely have to. Are you doing sinus rinses (douching) regularly? That washes out the fabulous mucus that if left there will create pressure (swelling around the eyelids, sensitivity to light or headaches) and/or constantly drip down into the throat/chest and causes the feeling of having a cold, or in my case quickly turns into a chest infection with a cough. I highly recommend sinus rinses. I'm also investigating an anti-inflammatory diet to see if that helps keep the sinuses from overproducing. Anyway, I'm open to questions about sinus/ mucosal disease or associated surgery but I don't know anything about carpal tunnel.

I love your chatty videos, that way I can listen and craft at the same time but I'd also love to see other stuff, I love anything markets and maybe some of the Christmas prep your doing as in cooking decorating your house etc. Stuff you can do in your house so you can stay at home during the busy part of your Christmas season. After Christmas maybe you can take us to the ocean part of your world as I know nothing about that lower part of Australia you live in (I'm in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast area but come from Bowral NSW)

If you like to teach about scrunchies and help others to also have their own small business. That too!

For the carpal tunnel. I had it because of my pregnancy with my two kids back when they were new born. And usually dr. Said it’ll go away. But it didn’t. My advice is just exercise it your hands before working. Take a break in between. And after you work. Same for my mother in law. I got her a hand massager for her birthday in Amazon. It’s mass ages your wrist.

I don’t know if you take topic suggestions, but if you do, I’d be really interested to know how you allocate your time. Do you dedicated certain days to certain tasks? (Ex. Sourcing fabrics, business tasks like filing taxes, filming, editing, sewing, packaging, running errands, etc.) Do you find yourself putting some tasks off until they really can’t be ignored? Do you like to do certain tasks in the morning vs afternoon or evening? Do you schedule days off for the sake of work/life balance?

I had surgery and it didn't work. My triggers are holding the vacuum cleaner and the mop. I had an infection on the healed wound which then created thick scar tissue which now sits on the nerve and causes the pain all over again. The doctor told me to take the bandage off after a month which I believe is what caused the infection, because I had the nurse dress it every week.

Yes, your steroids will help with inflamation in your body. Since your carpal tunnel is inflamation, it should help. I enjoy all of your videos, even if you are just cutting fabric. Some are soothing and some are funny and some are informing, just keep it up.
