You can put Lace on the window and it will still let the light in abs you can still see out but it will stop people who are driving past see in, audible is fantastic
I love reading books but I don't get to read as much as I would like because of work and craft sessions. I work as a seasonal fruit picker and that job does not require much thinking. Once you get the hang of it, your hands automatically do what it needs to do and your brain can run wild and think of a million things. The thing is, when I start thinking about things (mostly about craft projects) the speed of my hand slows down and that will impact my daily earnings as we do piece rate. So, I resorted to audible. listening helps to calm my brain and I get to listen to books. I know it does not feel the same as holding and flipping the pages of physical books but it definitely is the second best option for me.
I am very similar to you where I need sound / background noise that doesn’t require me to think too much. I’ve really enjoyed podcasts so that is maybe something you could try. I also love reading real books so I listen when I work and read later 😁

Not sure what you have available where you live. But here in the U.S. Some stores sell clings that go on your windows for privacy. We have the ones that you can see out but people on the outside can’t see in. It’s a good investment for your craft rooms:)❤😊 Congratulations on your first home.
YES.! I noticed I don’t write very well either and can’t remember stuff. So I started a diary that’s filled with new ideas of what I’m gonna start making stop making. Helps so much. Put it in your handbag and when you say something write it down.❤

J R Tolkien is great for fantasy novels. The discworld series is great. Good Omens is also a fantastic book. You'd probably get some self guidance through that also ...but in a fun, not so direct way☺️

Book to read - Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. I was watching interviews. With many successful businessmen and many of them recommend this book. They say it has a great impact on your thinking as an interprener.
Hi Taylah. Just an idea for you when you do sales for a quick cash. Maybe make Surprise Box option. Fixed price with things in it on your choice. I did buy surprise box fabrics few times and it was so fun. I waited for it so much to see what i get.

Hello! I am currently watching the video and you are chatting about books. I have been an Audible user for 5+ years and recommend BUT I only recently found out my library has audiobooks that you can borrow, so I expect you might be able to save some money and sign up to your local libraries. I am in Scotland though. I find I enjoy reading a few different things at the same time, so if you aren’t wanting to read something heavy or about self development you can drop straight into an “easy read”. I’m currently reading about 9 books, but in the self improvement category is Rising Strong by Brene Brown 😊

My favorite show to listen to when doing something is The Office (us version). I've probably watched/listened to the whole series 6 times over.
You can get film to put on the windows that won't impede your view but will prevent people from seeing in! I think it is called privacy window tint and you can DIY it easily. Also, fellow small business owner and I love watching your videos while I work! Keep up the good work!

If you have access to a public library in your area you may check to see if they have an app for online ebooks and audio books that you can download to listen to or read . Especially books to see if you like a particular author that has already published you can see if you like it before you buy it or other of that author to invest in. Just an idea.
watching your videos for a while I can't saw as I don't have a machine so I saw your vlog of someone sending you there scrunchies they Crochet so that is what I do, they do sell but not a lot, one day I will buy a machine.
