@@marcdennis4698 no problem, it’s a really nice cover and will probably be my go to tonneau cover in the future. All depends on your lifestyle and how you use your truck.
I called realtruck and they said they discontinued the x4ts tonneau cover with the t-slots. I was really looking for something like this exactly. Edit* they don’t make it for the Sierra carbonpro bed
I have read several reviews stating that this cover and its sibling are both questionable as far as the quality control goes. People have been shipped units missing corner pieces or shipped with broken pieces. I've also read that the longevity on these covers is only 3-5 years. Is any of this true? Have you had any actual time with these tonneaus to give reliable feedback on them?
Water leakage is my biggest concern. I love the Diamondback HD bedcover, but this one solves some of the Diamondbaci's usage flexibility issues. Just not sure the water leakage issue will be handled as well with this as with the Diamondback. Any thoughts? But awesome cover! Thanks for sharing.
You wouldn’t want to be able to open with the tailgate closed. That would be a security issue. I don’t know that there is any cover you can open with the tailgate closed.
@@dcving1two3 with my trailer attached the jack interferes with opening the tailgate. If I want my bed cover open I need to open it before I attach the trailer. Not a big deal. Just mentioning it in case it matters to someone else’s use case.
@@odav8r4@odav8r4 Provide a link to a roll up or fold up tonneau cover you can open without opening the tailgate. Actually don't because any normally functioning person should be capable of having a jack attached to a trailer while still being able to open the tailgate without causing any damage.
Thank you very honest review never thought about a roll up tonneau thanks Sir

That was a great review, thanks
Thanks for watching!
Great video man!
Thanks!
Great video appreciate your review 🖖
Thanks!
Thanks for the video. I'm getting a truck soon, and leaning toward this cover. I plan to add a rack later for kayaks so the t slots would be useful.

@@PeterSchmoll Not sure who you talked to, but the cover is Brand new and is still for sale on their website.

@@zachattackcustoms sorry. I forgot to mention that they don’t make it for the carbonpro bed anymore.
If you have a rack it needs to be at least 12 inch high in order to roll the cover up.

Honestly, going through the car wash in the video was impressive for high pressure water, normal rain wouldn’t be bad.
Can’t open it with tailgate closed. That is the only problem I have had with mine.

Opening with the tailgate closed negates all security function of any tonneau cover. Anyone could just open it.
