- Today @StraightOuttaVegas and I are trying a spot I have been wanting to eat at for a very long time. I wish I hadn't waited so long because the food was absolutely A-Mazing. I whole heartedly recommend Cornish Pasty.

When you walked in, I went, oh my gosh-those are pews. Joe's info was fascinating. I loved how you featured pics of the miners. People forgotten by time but each one important. I feel bad you couldn't get the art that affected you, but the person who created it would be glad to know.

Have to go to northern Michigan or the UP in Michigan for old school pastys. They were mostly used in the copper mines in Michigan, they used them also to keep themselves warm by putting them in their clothing as they went into the mines in frigid temps

Great video! FYI: Sticky toffee pudding doesnt have milk, the toffee sauce has butter and thats it. The British call dessert “pudding” and thats essentially just a gooey cake sweetened with dates. You can 100% have it dude! -H

The only other place I've had a pasty is Da U.P. Michigan's upper peninsula. They are a staple and a tradition up there. Not quite with all the various flavors though. Going to have to try that place out next time we are in Vegas. Thanks for the good vid.

Cornish pastie is trademarked or something similar by the Cornish people, bakery’s here outside of Cornwall cannot sell them they have to list them as traditional pasty’s not Cornish.
