Hey Kay, how about trying out a delicious Spaghetti Bolognese tonight? It’s super easy and your taste buds will thank you! Just follow these simple steps. You won’t regret it!
    Ingredients:
    • 1 pound (450g) minced meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 can (14 oz/400g) crushed tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
    • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    2. Add the chopped onions and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
    3. Add the minced meat and cook until it’s browned and crumbled.
    4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    5. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain.
    6. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
    7. Optionally, garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

The recipe for dumplings is on the side of the suet box.
    100g self raising flour
Seasoning to taste ( herbs are good)
    50g suet
Mix, then bring together gradually with cold water. (using a table knife)
Drop into your casserole and transfer to the oven 280°c for the last 30min cooking time. Remove lid for last 10 mins for a nice crunchy top. Enjoy!

Your temperature was too high and you burned the onions, your stove should not be that high when making stew. I think you need to find recipe's that have accurate measurments instead of "add water," don't work blind unless you've done this many times before, and leave links to the recipes you find in the descriptions as well so your viewers can access them as well. Prepare your ingredients ahead of time and measure everything out so its all good to go when you start and it saves you time, I also wouldn't put packaging on the stove top while its on to avoid melting and burning things.
I know you mean well and you're still learning, this is just friendly criticism and advice I'm giving you, try not to take it as an attack.

Stew and dumplings is a perfect meal for this time of year, perfect for keeping the chills out after getting a cold breeze right up your back.
I remember one time being in the Cantonia or somewhere like that and went to a local restaurant that the locals to recommended me for their famous and luxurious dumpling meals. When my meal arrived it was all chicken beaks and tongues and feet. My Cantonese is not very good and it turned out that I ordered the chicken beaks and tongues and feet meal by accident. However, it was still a delicious feast and did actually come with pig eyes, which are a bit like dumplings with them be all round and slimy and all that.

Hi Kay! Could you please make my mother's own recipe? She used to make it all the time for me when I was a youngen!
Recipe: Peanut Butter and Pickle Pizza
    Ingredients:
    1 pre-made pizza crust
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup dill pickles, sliced thinly
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup gummy bears (for that extra sweetness)
    Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thick layer of peanut butter evenly over the pizza crust. Be sure to cover every inch of it.
Arrange the pickle slices on top of the peanut butter. Make sure to overlap them for that extra pickle-y goodness.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup to create a "special sauce." Pour it over the pickle-covered pizza.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the entire pizza, so it sticks to the peanut butter and pickles.
Scatter the chopped onions across the pizza, adding a hint of "spiciness" to the dish.
For that surprise sweet element, place gummy bears randomly on top of the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a moment, and then try to eat a slice

Hi Kay, me and my friends love watching your videos, and we have a recipe you can try!
PIZZA! (obviously, not for Lee with the cheese lol)
Preheat oven to 200degrees (mark 6)
    Dough:
    2 1/4 cups AP flour
    2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    3/4 cup warm water
    Method:
    - Mix dry ingredients together.
    - Mix in wet ingredients. You want it to be firm and not too wet.
    - kneed until dough is smooth and firm
    - Press the dough on to a pizza try or baking try and spread until about 1/2 a centimeter thick
    - Rest the dough for 10 minutes while you make the sauce covered with a towel.
    Sauce:
    4 tomatoes
    1 tsp salt
    Oregano to taste
    Garlic to taste (1tbsp)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Method:
    - Slice tomatoes into small portions
    - cook until mushy.
    - Add oregano and garlic
    - Blend
Now to put it all togther!
    you will need:
    The dough you made
    The sauce you made
The toppings of your choice (for example, cheese, pepperoni, peppers, onions, chicken, olives etc)
    Method:
    - spread sauce on the dough base, leaving 1/2 a centimeter around the edge for the crust
    - add cheese first, and then the toppings you choose however you would like
    - brush the edge/crust with olive oil to make the crust crispy as it cooks
    - Cook in oven for 15-20minutes (the dough will feel soft in the middle but it is cooked! its a thicker dough than usual, dont worry)
    Enjoy!

Looks absolutely delicious! I won't be making the dumplings though since my grandfather was tortured in the Korean War and had nurtured a distaste for asian cuisine.
