I bought my daughter an RGT EX86110 Pioneer, and the lights plug into the red/black connector you had there Kevin. You can then use the CH3 button on the transmitter to turn them on and off :) My daughter loves that feature.
I remember exactly what happened that day, it was algorithm! I went on Amazon checking some affordable RC cars, then I went on Google Maps and looked at the street view of some of the RC parks in the area and later on that evening after dinner I was surfing UA-cam, clicking on searches like the best this and the cheapest that and was unimpressed with the reviewers and the vlggers. I felt like I didn't get any questions answered until Kevin's face popped up and I clicked and the rest is history, I'm hooked for life 👍

I just picked up a redcat gen 8. I'd love to see you test it to the max. Nobody tests as hard as you do!
I did build a crawler with a 23 turn hobbywing 1080 esc and a corally 2256 servo. The crawler was a build kit and was 1:1 to a axial scx 10 ll
Kev, I recommend the redcat everest gen 8 axe edition, it is brushless and very good for crawling.
I have one and it's superb

I have a lego technic 4x4 extreme and its pretty much an rc crawler pretty nice grip crawler speed very good suspension good stability pretty tight turning u should get it if u want to for a lego its a nice crawler u onoy have to switch 2 sets of gears it makes it slower but more crawler capilties bye kev!

Men I have the Blue Jeep (RGT EX86100 in red) and is the best Crawler for the price you can find it. The RGT (blue) can do this track without any "hand of god" if you got enough skills on Crawler style. Pretty fun, tough, and powerfull with plenty of capacities!!!!

In need of some help kev, I got an old kyosho superten fw03 had for 20years I've been rebuilding during lockdown, I want to convert it to electric but have no idea about motors esc's or lipo batteries, I don't want to spend money on stuff that'll end up slow currently its moded for around 65-70mph changed both gearbox spurs an bell pinions for top speed with kyosho tuned pipe I'd like it to be around the same speed with a decent amount of punch to it, any help would be greatful regarding best kv motor ampage esc and voltage of battery to use.
